Pleasant vacation, I would come back anytime:)

Very well situated in Tours, having restaurants, coffee shops near by and enough parking places near the church.

Apartment was nicely done, good separation of spaces, just that it is in an old building and I am not a huge fan of old buildings

Thé property was good for a short stay of 3 nights.

It was convenient and central to most amenities, shops and transport.

I was required to place a deposit of €500, I was only made aware of this after the booking was made. This needs to be included in the booking listing. The other aspect I did not like was the key to the property was at another address that was 230m apart there were 3 seperate key/lockbox codes to retrieve the key.

The apartment is in a good central location for exploring Tours.

Good location close to the station and with lots of bars, restaurants nearby. Easy walk into the old town 10-15 minutes. There are some parking spaces outside the apartment but it is a busy location so the secure underground parking at the station is probably better once you have unpacked. The apartment is as shown in the photos and was clean and well appointed. The living area is slightly smaller than I thought but absolutely fine for the two of us. We were met at the apartment and given the keys which was very convenient.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a large house converted into separate apartments. All the other rooms are occupied by students and on weekday evenings they like to get together with friends so there is a bit of noise early on, all is quiet after 10.30pm though and the weekend we were there they all went home so it wasn't much of a problem.

un lave-vaisselle pourrait remplacer le lave-linge et une Nespresso serait très agréable

Расположение недалеко от центра. Тихая улица. Все в пешей доступности.

Квартира находится на первом этаже, окна гостиной выходят на улицу. Шумоизоляция в доме отсутствует, слышно как всю ночь соседи возвращаются домой, хлопая дверью и шумно что-то обсуждая. Подозреваю, что в доме большинство квартир сдаются студентам, отсюда и возвращения на рассвете с шумовым сопровождением. Но самое неприятное не это. В квартире постоянно присутствует сильнейший запах табака! В первую ночь спать невозможно было вообще. Я написала менеджеру, и он сказал, что это запах, который проникает в квартиру снаружи. Понаблюдав пару дней, я пришла к выводу, что он прав. Да и нет оснований не верить. Просто кто-то регулярно очень много курит по соседству, и этот запах моментально наполняет квартиру. С детьми там просто физически сложно находиться. К сожалению, предусмотреть заранее это невозможно.
