This confluence of rich soils, climates and grape varieties allows each AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée) of Touraine to offer a particular flavour and the connoisseur will cross more than 100 kilometres of vineyards varying the pleasures, with, step by stage, a new happiness to discover.
