A very convenient location everything was within walking distance.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the towels were clean and fresh.

If you have a lot of luggage, it might be difficult since there’s no elevator. The parking lot is a bit far, but it’s just around the corner, so it wasn’t a problem for us though it may be too small for a large car. The washing machine made a very loud noise when spinning; I’ve informed the owner, and I hope it’s been resolved.

Got a lot of laundry done, and the city is charming.

Lots of space, bigger than the pictures indicate. Good kitchen for a traveling family with teenagers. lovely view off the back balcony. comfy beds!

we arrived as France experienced a heat wave. it’s the very top floor (heat rises) with no air conditioning and one oscillating fan. the heat was excruciating during the day, and that made other small details feel bigger. For someone who is accustomed to AC, the heat was punishing.

A few quick fixes would make this a great choice in Tours

Beautiful apartment, good location, kind host, enough space for a nice vacation.

No bedsheets on my bed (just a mattress cover). Asked ahead for fans because of the heat, and ended up with a dirty fan that barely new any air. We had to clean it to get any air out of it.

Nice apartment with good kitchen facilities. Good for a family of 4 people. Just a few minutes walk from the train station. Comfortable and clean. Netflix was welcome. Small balcony at front was nice although it was raining most of the time.

Thé property was relatively spacious and close to city centre.

Thé area is quite noisy with people talking loudly outside late at night am and very early at 6.00 a.m. A good deal of traffic noise.

Perfect apartment for a City Break, 10/10

It was very spacious and clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Josephine was always available when needed something. It was very close to Tours City Centre so it was the perfect apartment for us to stay in and enjoy.

floors creak, no hair dryer. narrow garage - for small cars and experienced drivers. there is no lighting in the garage, because of this I scratched my car on the water tap at night (it's good that I had insurance)

El garaje particular para el coche, aunque no es muy amplio da seguridad. El apartamento está bien equipado con lavadora, lavavajillas, etc.

El acceso, las vías del tren obligan a dar un rodeo en coche. El barrio es tranquilo pero sin encanto. Hay que andar para llegar a la zona histórica. El edificio no tiene ascensor. La televisión es pequeña.

Kort verblijf van 2 nachtjes in Tours

Het appartement ziet er uit zoals op de foto´s en is heel netjes. Joséphine stuurde duidelijke instructies om binnen te komen en uit te checken. Ze is heel vriendelijk. Na het lezen dat de garage enkel ok is voor een kleine auto hadden we geen verwachtingen. Maar onze monovolume auto voor 7 personen paste er mooi in dankzij onze camera´s en sensoren. Op een 10 min wandelen sta je aan het plein van het stadhuis.

Als je de buitendeur opent en de inkomhal ziet dan slaat de schrik je om het hart. Deze is in geen maanden gepoetst en ruikt enorm muf. Gelukkig is het appartement totaal anders en kraaknet. We hadden warm weer (31 graden) en helaas lukt het niet met de voorziene ventilatoren om wat friste te krijgen om te kunnen slapen.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end "vélo en bord de Loire" entre amis, le garage était très pratique pour garer et protéger nos vélos.

Apartamento cómodo y céntrico

El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia y estaba muy limpio. Cocina y baño reformados. Tenía lavadora nueva y una pequeña terraza. El salón muy luminoso. El apartamento está ubicado en una zona tranquila, cerca del centro (unos 15 minutos andando con niños).

El garage era estrecho para nuestro coche (un sedán) así que no lo usamos. Pudimos aparcar en la calle lateral (que es gratuita). No tiene ascensor pero se compensa con todo lo demás.
