Convenient location, within walking distance to the centre of the old town, to sights and restaurants, bars and cafes. Felt very safe and secure. Great selection of restaurants within walking distance, made our last night in France special. Close to transportation hubs made access very easy, two close train stations, we took TGV to Paris for our flight home.

The apartment is very well located close to the city center. It is spacious enough, and the mattresses were comfortable. The kids appreciated the kids toys available in the living-room.
However, the place wasn't very clean (essentially dust in every room, lots of crumbs under the master bedroom's rug), some appliances were broken (toaster) and it was a bit noisy until around 8pm. The pillows are very thin. Also, if you have a SUV, know you won't be able to use the free parking space inside and will have to park in the street. Overall, I think it wasn't a great value for money.
