Perfect for a short stay in Tours.

Close to the railway station. Exceptionally clean and well equipped for self catering. Good wifi and great shower. Secure car parking a bonus.

Persistent unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Settee not very comfortable - could be improved with some cushions.

this is one of the most comfy apartment I ever stayed. The host thought about everything and provide everything you'll ever need. The bed and sofabed are both very good. Location is very close to train station, which is convenient for traveling but also a bit chaos around the neighborhood.

1. to collect the key need to go extra couple blocks. It's a bit hard for travelers on foot and with luggages. 2. the damage deposit was paid through a private site to the host which is a bit scary due to so many scams these days. 3. there is a very loud clock sound in the living room which is a bit noisy for sleeping on the sofabed.

Les portes des placards est cassée : ce n'était pas pratique pour prendre la couette et coussins. Aussi un escabeau / tabouret aurait été utile : je n'aurais pas pu les atteindre si dans la famille on n'avait pas un très grand adulte. Beaucoup de documents sont à scanner, ce qui n'est pas très pratique au final. Quelques pages ont été imprimées mais pas celles qu'on aurait cru (concernant l'accueil et le départ par exemple, plutot que de devoir aller chercher sur l'ordi). Un énième QR code était dans le PDF, ce qui n'est pas scannable vu qu'on est déjà sur l'ordi... (concernant le ramassage des ordures). Une pelle aurait été bien pratique. La lunette des toilettes est un peu décalée, c'est bizarre.

La ubicación, muy cerca del centro.

La información previa para el check-in. En los apartamentos en los que estuve con antelación a este, la información y claves del check-in se me proporcionó con días de antelación, lo que me permitió que en alguno de ellos pudiera aclarar las dudas que podía tener mucho antes de hacer el check-in. En este caso, la información del check-in, se me comunicó por medio de "passpass" unas horas antes. La información indicaba un código para acceder al portal y una vez dentro otro código para acceder al cajetín que contenía las llaves de la vivienda y del garaje y que se encontraba en el interior de un buzón de correspondencia. La información para acceder al cajetín venía acompañada de una imagen que no se había cargado, no se veía nada, que a lo mejor podía aclarar como se abría el buzón de correspondencia. El caso es que tuvimos unos momentos de angustia al no saber como abrir el buzón. Nos pusimos en contacto con booking y como pudimos, con la dificultad del idioma, solucionamos el problema.

A proximité du centre, pouvoir tout faire à pied. Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel.
