Spacious kitchen/dining area, disappointing stay with poor facilities, lack of cleanliness...

It had a large kitchen/dining area. The beds were somewhat comfortable.

The kitchen equipment was dirty. The garden is a mess with a hornet's nest. I messaged the host but had no response. There was only one bathroom, which you gained access to through one of the bedrooms, which was not detailed in the description. There was a separate toilet, but standing room only. Also, it was said that there was secure parking, which was an old garage that wasn't large enough for a big car, such as a Renault Clio. I stayed in 3 properties over 3 days - this was the worst. My biggest disappointment is that although I messaged the host, I was and still have been ghosted.

Great location- needs some minor improvements

The location was amazing and the downstairs area was brilliant. It was amazing to be able to walk everywhere. The parking was also good. The fans were also a huge help in the heat!

Unfortunately this property needs some work to make it up to standard for a holiday let. The garden area needs sorting and there was only two chairs not the three as pictured. There were no wine glasses and the bottle opener had broken. The fridge is also tiny with the smallest freezer inside, not suitable to put anything inside. The bathroom was great but they need a shower not just a small shower head.

La disposition et l’équipement de la maison. Et son emplacement . Le Check in et le Check out bien étudiés . L’espace disponible. La place privée devant la maison qui permet de se garer .

Maison très agréable et très bien placée

La localisation toute proche du centre de Tours est très appréciable. La disponibilité de Nadine à notre arrivée qui a été très réactive suite au petit problème d'ouverture de la boîte à clé qui a été résolu très rapidement avec son fils. La maison est jolie et agréable avec une bonne literie. Je recommande.
