Lovely walks along both sides of the Loire

Jeffrey was always available for my questions. The apartment has everything one needs for a quick or long stay. Definitely advise staying here if you travel to Tours alone or with your pet.

A modern comfortable place to stay

The apartment is very well eqipped and clean. The weather was very hot and the apartment had an effective fan to ease the heat. Communicating with the host was easy and efficient.

The apartment is close to a busy road, so was a bit noisy.

Fantastic accommodation and exceptional hospitality.

This might have been just the nicest accommodation we have stayed in on our holiday in this part of France. Good location, lovely and clean place. Everything has been thoughtfully designed and provided for the comfort of the guests. It is the small things that make the difference. We wish the host all the success as he clearly puts a lot of care and attention and we thank him for his hospitality.

Très bonne adresse :-)

Propre, très bien équipé, à 20 mn à pied du centre-ville, l'appartement de Jeffrey est un petit cocon parfait pour passer un excellent séjour. Il y a les produits de premières nécessités (huile, sucre, sel, pâtes, riz...etc...). Vous avez également une tassimo à disposition avec quelques dosettes ainsi qu'un frigo TOP avec freezer + un réfrigérateur TOP. Si vous souhaitez faire des courses et cuisiner, je vous conseille le carrefour express au 78 rue Colbert. Leur rayon boucherie est excellent ! Je n'ai communiqué que par SMS avec Jeffrey mais il est très gentil et disponible. Je vous conseille de bien regarder la vidéo que Jeffrey vous enverra sur l'emplacement de l'appartement dans l'immeuble car il n'est pas facile à trouver quand on ne connaît pas. Concernant le parking, nous avons toujours trouvé des emplacements gratuits dans les rues environnantes ou sur le parking en face l'immeuble également gratuit.

Des petits détails : pas de fenêtre dans la chambre qui devient vite difficile à aérer le joint de la porte de douche laisse passer un peu d'eau pas de rangement pour les courses que j'ai laissé poser sur le plan de travail mais ce sont vraiment des détails car cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un excellent séjour

Le logement est très bien agencé, on profite bien de la place, il est très bien équipé, et bien situé, il est assez facile de se garer autour. Appartement et lieu calme et propre. Literie confortable. Séjour très agréable et reposant.

Les escaliers peuvent etre un bémol pour certaines personnes car exigus et pentus.
