Spacy, but need to solve bug issues.

Great center location, with some parking spots nevertheless. Key in the locker, easy to self-check-in. Spacy apartment for a family of four even a bit too big.

Cockroaches in the kitchen and a few even in the bedrooms. Ants inside the sofa. The rooms look like cleaned a week or more ago with layers of dust here and there. Lots of communication, but seems not essential - we still were left in the cold apartment while we found out how to turn up the heating.

The apartment is quite large and spacious. The location is excellent. We were able to find a parking spot on the street.

This is an old building and the apartment needs thorough cleaning and removal of small insects. The passcode for the WiFi is so long that I tried twice and finally gave up at the end.

A nice property. Sloppy and poor communication which the host blamed on booking.com. I hold both the host and booking.co

Clean. Central location. Comfortable. Spacious.

Booking.com and the host must share responsibility for giving me the wrong code for door entry. Both also provided me with the wrong phone number and name for the host. This left me with my family - 3 small children - standing in the hot sun for 1 hour before we figured out the solution. I had previously stated that I would arrive at 7-8pm but after that the host informed me that check in would be available after 2pm. My plans then changed and I arrived at 2pm. The host mentioned the change in arrival time as part of the issue but it was irrelevant - the code was wrong and the phone number was wrong - the time of day had no influence on those facts. The host explained that the problem was due to booking.com not updating the welcome message which included the wrong door code and phone number. However, this is a poor excuse as that message is within the booking.com chat conversation where they eventually did give me the correct code. If they were able to provide the correct code within the booking.com chat function then they could also have ensured that the door code, name and phone number provided were correct. This is unacceptable and I have already asked the booking.com to submit a complaint. There was very little supply of hand soap - a staple provision for any rental property- we had to search the property to find enough. There were no bags in the bins - only some spare bags under the kitchen sink. The “rules” regarding check out are not reasonable: telling guests to scrub the toilets so that they “leave no trace” is ridiculous; telling guests to empty the bins despite not providing any bags within the bins at arrival is also ridiculous. The host demands that guests put the sofa bed back as a sofa before check out - this means that the cleaner does not check this bed to ensure it is cleaned and appropriate after it has been used and before the next guest. Perhaps the host would prefer if guests also fully cleaned the property for the next guest?

Well located apartment but with high maintenance hosts who didn’t bother with acceptable linen.

The location was good. The kitchen was fairly well equipped.

We were very surprised by the quality of the towels and bed linen. Given the number of emails I received from the hosts with instructions about what we could and couldn’t do, I expected that they would take a bit more care. The bed linen was old, mismatched and stained. The duna for the fold out bed was disgusting. The beds were all uncomfortable and there were not enough pillows. The towels were very old and tiny.

A short stay in an ideally located apartment that met all our needs.

Great location in the centre of town. Interesting apartment which was very clean. The communications from the host were excellent and very responsive. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a city centre break in Tours. Parking has to be paid for but the nearby underground parking is very affordable. On street parking is potentially expensive so best to avoid.

Very heavy door to a cupboard was propped up between the two bedrooms, with no working hinges or lock. Simple to fix to remove the potential danger.

The location was very good for everything in Tours. The key retrieval was well explained and easy. The main lounge/diner and kitchen were well decorated and seemed nice furniture. The shower was large and worked very well. There was on street parking but very expensive but the suggested underground carpark nearby was cheap and better.

Unfortunately as a couple, this 2 bed apartment was a bit expensive and ended up a bit uncomfortable in the night due to lack of air conditioning. Towels and bedding could have been better.

Excellent instructions for entering the apartment. Beautiful modern apartment in the centre of Tours. Very tastefully done. The sofa bed is excellent and it was so good having an en-suite bathroom as well as a separate toilet. We travelled by train and it was so easy to get to the apartment. It is also easy to get on a tram and travel round Tours. We would stay there again. It is surprisingly quiet considering it is in the centre of Tours.

Perhaps a fan would be helpful in hot weather and perhaps the towels could be bigger. Instructions on the use of the wifi would also be helpful.

Son emplacement et son espace

Le manque d’eau à notre arrivée jusqu’au lendemain après-midi où nous avons du quitter le lieu en catastrophe car aucune solution trouvée par la gestionnaire pour rétablir l’eau (pas de douche possible, wc,…)Le manque de propreté dans la cuisine, sol sale, table cuisine sale et frigidaire pas net, bestioles qui se baladaient dans la cuisine et poussière importante dans le salon que nous avons dû enlever sur meuble télévision à notre arrivée. Je ne suis pas maniaque mais c’est la première fois que j’ai ce désagrément surtout dans la cuisine c’est pas possible! Et enfin communication avec la gestionnaire qui semblait vouloir nous aider mais qui ne trouvait pas de solution et que nous avons du rappeler a plusieurs reprises et avec qui nous avions l’impression de nous faire balader! Nous avons dû contacter la plate-forme à plusieurs reprises pour obtenir le remboursement car la gestionnaire avait mentionné que c’était nous qui annulions alors que l’établissement ne pouvait pas nous recevoir compte tenu du manque d’eau.

L'emplacement est très bien, proche de commerces et restaurants, tout en étant au calme ; l'appartement est spacieux, bien aménagé à partir de plusieurs anciennes pièces, ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme ; les équipements sont de qualité, et les volets sont électriques ; nous étions venus vider une maison, ce qui n'est jamais drôle, et revenir le soir dans cet appartement était très agréable

Séjour très agréable, merci.

Appartement lumineux et agréable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié qu'il y ait un petit minimum : sel, poivre, café, thé, huile et vinaigre. Torchon, serviettes, draps, couettes très confortables. On s'y sent presque comme chez soi. :-)

Attention il y a un escalier pour monter dans la maison de ville. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais pourrait gêner d'autres personnes.
