Déplacement professionnel. Très bon emplacement.

L'hôte a été à l'écoute et très réactif quand au désagrément rencontré.( service de conciergerie peu professionnel, l'état de l'appartement à l'entrée était peu satisfaisant). Merci à notre hôte qui a fait le nécessaire pour régler la situation très rapidement.

La propreté générale de l'appartement. Mauvaise expérience. Équipements à rajouter: fer à repasser et une grande poêle. Linge et draps et tapis de bain à renouveler.

Ruhige Wohnung Park und Bus in der Nähe locker für eine Woche gut bewohnbar

Die Wohnung ist im EG hat Balkonfenster recht großes Sofa und eine große Mikrowelle und einen 2 Platten Herd der sehr schnell ist und man kann sich dort etwas ordentliches kochen. Der Vorteil der Whg ist die Ruhe die auf der Strasse herrscht, nur sporadisch fährt ein Auto vorbei. Mann kann dort sehr gut schlafen. Vor den Fenstern sind erst 3m Rasen mit grünen Hecke so dass man sich auch sicherer fühlt. Das Wasser war zu jeder Zeit auch heiss. Lebensmittel Läden Spielplatz Park Bus und auch Hauptbahnhof (20min) fussläufig erreichbar.

Es gab kein Brot oder Gemüsemesser, Suppenkelle, Trichter, Käseschneider. Die Tücher in der Küche nicht frisch und die Schwämme alt. Es roch aus dem Putzschrank ordentlich nach Chlor. Kein Schuhlöffel oder Duschgel. Nur eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier. Abends fand ich es dort sehr kühl - Februar. Soll man in der Früh ausschlafen wollen so brummt täglich der großer Wasserbeuler los, er sitzt nämlich gleich am Fussbett hinter einer Schiebetür. Eine witzige Lösung an die man sich dann auch erinnert🙃

Appartement dans l'ensemble bien mais quelques points de service et équipements à améliorer (Ptj).

La taille de l'appartement et la décoration sont très bien, la literie est bonne, TV avec beaucoup de chaine mais complexe à utiliser (un modop serait un plus). La salle de bain est bien, Appartement peu bruyant.

Quelle déception ce semblant de petit déjeuner, machine à café, deux pancake sous blister, du beure et de la confiture et un jus...franchement très décevant,. Le chauffe eau fait beaucoup de bruit et est installé dans un placard dans la chambre, il s'allume vers 6h du mat, on a du l'éteindre pour finir la nuit.

L'emplacement est top: parking gratuit dans la rue, parc adorable avec petite restauration et un café délicieux. à 15 minutes à pieds de la vieille ville. Tout neuf, lumineux, rue très peu passante et double vitrage

Appartement situé dans un endroit très tranquille, à proximité d´un parc magnifique et à 15 minutes du centre-ville en tram. Très propre et parfaitement équipé. Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Fortement recommandé pour un séjour agréable à Tours !
