Beautiful and well-maintained apartment, with high ceilings and a great aura. Excellent and very convenient location. Very quiet neighborhood, even though just ouside there are lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and other stores. Fully equipped.

Two simple and cheap interventions would make huge difference. Ceiling fan(s) and new windows. I was very lucky to arrive just after the recent heatwave. The apartment does not have AC, which is fine, but instead there was a box fan that makes tremendous noice even at the lowest scale. A ceiling fan would make a huge difference, both in moderately cooling it during the hot summer days but also adding a nice touch in the apartment. Second, the window frames are very old and the paint is peeling. A simple painting of the frames would bring out their old glory, without increasing much the cost to the owner.

• posizione centrale e comoda a tutti i servizi (stazione, negozi, locali) ma allo stesso tempo non rumorosa • molto comodo il check-in e il check-out autonomo, ottima comunicazione con gli host • presenza lavastoviglie • doccia con buona pressione dell’acqua. Però come segnato c’è la presenza un gradino per poterci accedere, da considerare in caso di difficoltà motorie

• infissi vecchi e poco isolanti (non un problema con le temperature di maggio)
