Appartement propre, lit confortable , bien situé géographiquement proche centre ville a pieds , belle vue sur les toits.
Propriétaire disponible et toujours a l'écoute pour nos demandes .
Manque quelques petits truc en cuisine pas grand chose ( bol, épluche légumes) et c'est parfait

Pleasant, great location, quiet (except for church bells, which I liked). Dishwasher and washing machine appreciated.
As a foreigner I needed more information on how things work and where the garbage bins are (I found them but couldn’t get to them). There was no info in the apartment on the wifi account.

La posizione tranquilla a due passi dal centro. Facilità di parcheggio gratuito.
La pulizia era a dir poco insufficiente: briciole sulle sedie, freezer sporco, terrazzino con muschio, condotti di aereazione luridi. L’appartamento ha bisogno di una seria manutenzione: il divano letto è meglio non aprirlo sia per lo sporco che si trova al di sotto sia perchè potrebbe essere molto difficile riassestarlo, porta frigorifero rotta, porta asciugamani rotta, interruttore camera non funzionante, lavastoviglie senza filtro, ecc. ecc. Inoltre per i tre giorni in cui siamo stati l’ascensore era rotto ed essendo l’appartamento al quarto piano raggiungerlo con un ragazzo con ridotte capacità motorie è stato un incubo. Coperture fornite inadeguate per la stagione (piumone pesante).
