It was a very comfortable stay with ample room.

All the facilities & the patio.

The patio was quite dirty. It was very noisy due to church bells & sirens. The lights in the foyers near the lift & front door needs to stay on morning and night.

My two night stay in Tours

The location was quiet and had a view of roof tops and a pretty church. 5 mins from supermarket and in 10-15 mins walk you had excellent bars and restaurants. The appartement was stylish and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. I would definately stay here again. The owner was very friendly, efficient and provided excellent instructions.

Très bonne emplacement, le balcon avec la baie vitrée c’est très agréable avec le lever du soleil. Appartement bien chauffé .

Der var meget af tiden en kraftig røglugt fra skorstene på den anden side af gaden - især en. Og det tog ekstremt lang tid for vandet i badeværelset at blive varmt. Og så skulle rengøringen nok også kigge under sofaen. Men ellers helt ok.

Posizione ottima, casa molto bella e confortevole. Presenza di tutti gli elettrodomestici indispensabili, tra cui una macchinetta del caffè con alcune cialde in omaggio (molto apprezzate).

La casa è un po' umida, potrebbe risultare un problema in inverno. Ma per il mio periodo di soggiorno (Settembre) non ho avuto problemi. Totale assenza dei gestori, si fa tutto in automatico. Questo va molto bene finché le cose funzionano, ma se dovesse esserci un problema non sai chi contattare. Puoi farlo tramite booking, ma non sempre è rapido ed efficace.

L’appartement est agréable, bien décoré et propre.

Le canapé-lit n’est pas du tout confortable pour un adulte ou un couple, je ne le recommande pas. Il convient uniquement pour un enfant. Il manque également de la vaisselle (verres à pied, tasses, verres classiques…) ainsi qu’un miroir dans la chambre. Un petit entretien du balcon serait aussi le bienvenu.

Très bon séjour.

L'emplacement du logement était tout-à-fait adapté à l'activité que nous étions venus faire à Tours, proche de l'église de Saint-Pierre-Ville. L'éloignement relatif du centre-ville procure une très bon rapport qualité-prix.

L'équipement en ustensiles de cuisine pourrait peut-être être un peu complété.

Très décevant

La vue, l'emplacement.

Immeuble vieillot et sans intérêt, propreté plus que limite. Draps douteux. Pas d'accueil, une boîte à clé cachée sous un arbre en guise d'accueil. Pas de dosette de café pour le matin, même pas la référence pour aller en racheter.

J'ai du m'adapter à des choses que j'aurai préféré éviter pendant mes vacances.

L'emplacement était bien. Facile d'accès avec places gratuites aux alentours. Appartement plutôt spacieux.

Je n'ai pas apprécié la propreté de l'établissement. Relavage de couvert avant de s'en servir, pas d'alese sur le matelas, un drap trop petit qui ne tenait pas pendant la nuit. En terme d'équipement il y avait quasiment tout ce dont j'avais besoin sauf que four sale, congélateur entièrement givré et inutilisable avec un temps caniculaire ça aurait été appréciable, et une eau qui ne s'écoule pas correctement ni dans la cuisine ni dans la baignoire.. Sans parler des moucherons partout dans les angles et chaque recoin au niveau des baies coulissantes. Le canapé laisse aussi à désirer avec des trous de cigarettes.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, un séjour parfait, une vue à couper le souffle

Appartement loué 3 semaines car mon fils passait des concours à Tours, excellente situation géographique, l'appartement est grand et la vue est exceptionnelle soleil levant remarquable, 4e étage avec ascenseur , tout confort et l'hôte est dune gentillesse extrême et une grande disponibilité. En voiture nous avons pu trouver une place gratuite chaque jour

C'est un immeuble assez ancien donc l'insonorisation n'est pas bonne mais le quartier très calme et les voisins très sympathiques donc aucun problème. Le chauffage au sol centralisé à l'immeuble ne peut pas être réglé , pour nous au mois d'avril cela n'a pas été gênant mais en plein hiver je ne sais pas si cela suffit

Ce qui nous a plu Situation géographique. Commerce coccinelle à 300 m si besoin pour dépanner. Ascenseur car 4 eme étage appréciable Super Rapport qualité/prix Jeux disponible Vue sur les toits Bonne litterie Ce qui nous a déplu Propreté est à revoir Et le pommeau de douche ne fonctionne pas embêtant quand on doit faire la douche à un enfant. Pas de radiateur dans l appartement Isolation baie vitrée car rue passante. Il nous a manqué une petite table pour manger sur le balcon .. Merci.

Emplacement idéal pour un séjour touristique à Tours

Très bon emplacement pour visiter Tours et assez proche de la Gare. Appartement lumineux et spacieux. Pas de problème pour se garer en voiture dans le quartier. Idéal pour mon séjour dans le quartier, j'espère y revenir.

La chambre n'était pas très propre (poussière sous le lit) et l'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas bien, vitres et balcon sales; Il manque une poubelle dans la salle de bain et un torchon dans la cuisine. Il fait très chaud dans l'appartement sans possibilité de régler le chauffage, on entend le bruit des voitures. Il manque de la vaisselle et elle est dépareillée. rajouter par ex 4 verres, 4 bols et 4 mugs identiques. Il faudrait renouveler la déco; abat-jour cassé, cadres tableaux manquants, prise sortant du mur, évier un peu bouché, local poubelles inaccessible. L'appartement semble un peu délaissé.

Bien mais pourrait être mieux

Appartement assez grand et lumineux. Jolie vue et pas très loin du centre. Situé dans une rue calme et appartement très bien isolé. Les places de parking dans la rue sont gratuites, parfois difficile de trouver une place mais on fini toujours par trouvé pas trop loin

Quand nous sommes arrivés, les couverts et verres étaient sales, il y avait des miettes sur les chaises, le canapé et de la saleté par terre. Il y avait également des déchets dans la poubelle. La table basse est très fragilisé et il manque une lumière au niveau du plafond dans la chambre. Pas assez d’équipements de cuisine (manque de plats pour faire des gratins par exemples, manque un fouet pour faire des gâteaux ou encore un verre doseur).
