idéalement placé pour la visite du centre ville

Super emplacement pour visiter Tours, chambres au calme à l'arrière de l'immeuble. Un plus avec le parking à proximité

les clés sont à récupérer à 1 kms de l'appartement dans un magasin Tours Market, difficile de se garer j'ai été obligé de rester en double file. Aucun contact avec le propriétaire seulement les messages par l'intermédiaire de Booking. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude dans la sdb, le nettoyage laisse à désirer alors qu'on paie 96 €. Revoir les prises électriques et l'installation électrique cuisine. Il serait souhaitable de mettre à disposition un livret d'acceuil (usage du four, local poubelles, différentes consignes à suivre, etc...)

Cuisine infestée d’insectes !

La cuisine était infestée de blates.... personne n’était disponible par téléphone pour régler le problème... nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel où loger en urgences....point positif l’autre hôtel était très bien ! Autre petit détail plus anecdotique, il est demandé 500 euros de cautions, et l’endroit pour récupérer les clés est situé à plusieurs rues de l’appart’.....
