L'emplacement est parfait, à part que durant cet été, des travaux ont perturbé la circulation juste devant l'immeuble, mais c'est une situation provisoire. L'appartement nous a été présenté par une personne vraiment très aimable et nous avons pu obtenir un jeu de clés supplémentaires sans problème. Lorsque nous avons eu besoin de trouver une pharmacie ouverte le dimanche, elle nous a soutenus par WhatsApp. Génial! Le logement était très pratique et des ventilateurs étaient fournis en nombre (pour compenser la climatisation pas encore installée). Il y a peu à faire au moment du départ. Nous reviendrons à Tours, il y a tant à voir dans cette jolie ville, nous espérons revenir dans cet appartement ! Merci Melissa !
Il y a eu un quiproquo sur l'adresse du rendez-vous, entre l'adresse de l'appartement et celle du parking (la rue derrière), j'avais été informée mais je n'avais pas enregistré l'information ce qui fait que nous avons eu encore plus de mal à arriver au bon endroit (les travaux sur la Place J. Jaures perturbait notre GPS)... mais ce n'était pas de leur faute et bien uniquement de la mienne. Et Melissa a dû patienter un bon moment avant que nous arrivions au bon endroit !

It was clean and well fitted. Location was excellent and very central.
It was an exceptional heat wave, however the fans supplied were totally inadequate due to their quality. One did not work well at all. The flat was extremely hot.
The car park was very useful in the basement but a map of its location would help as difficult to find with the one way system.
The entrance is quite difficult when first locating. A sign would be useful

MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THERE ARE NO DRESSER DRAWERS ILEN EITHER BEDROOM. I MENTIONED TO OWNER/MANAGER AT THE END ONLY AND THAT CAN BE EASILY FIXED
