L'appartement est situé tout près de la gare de Tours mais il donne sur une cour intérieure, on est à l'abri des bruits de la rue. C'est très propre, les lits sont confortables. Très bonne réactivité de la propriétaire.
Petites améliorations possibles : - porte manteau dans la salle d'eau. - éclairage de la table du séjour (spot par exemple) - Ustensiles de cuisine : seraient appréciés une essoreuse à salade, des couteaux à viande, un couteau à pain, un gant pour le four, les modes d'emploi de la table de cuisson et du micro ondes.
