The location, the size.
I was there during one of the heatwaves and the apartment was unbearable for the first 3 days (I stayed a week). They only provided a tiny fan in the bedroom. Impossible to sleep or stay too long in the apartment. Too bad, it was a nice place.
Also the apartment wasn’t clean (hair in the bathroom, dust everywhere). There was nothing provided for when you arrived (all containers were empty, soap, oil, pepper…) I notified them.
