Like staying at your son's friend's basement suite.

Close to train station but not close to much else. Neighbouhood scary at night.

Everything looked and felt dirty. Lack of proper sized sheet on foldout bed, bathroom disgusting, no soap or place to put soap in toilet room, kitchen lacked proper tools.
