Sijainti oli hyvä; keskellä Toursin vanhaa kaupunkia. Sisustukset ja varusteteso ensiluokkaisia. Harmi vain, että Ikean tuolit natisivat ja ruuvit lensivät pitkin lattiaa! Kannattaisi näin tasokkaassa paikassa satsata laadukkaampiin tuoleihin! Seuraava kommentti on ehkä ikäkysymys: en pitänyt kahden kerroksen asumisesta. Toinen hankaluus oli wc alhaalla, ei käsienpesumahdollisuutta, suihku ylhäällä. Keittiön lavuaarissa sitten kädet huuhdottiin. Ranskassa kohtaa tällaisia pieniä kummallisuuksia!
Kuten edellä mainitsin, kahden kerroksen asunto ei ole ihanteellinen lähes 80-vuotiaalle. Alakerrassa ei kaappia ripustettaville vaatteille. Voisi hankkia kannelliset lika-astiat biojätteelle ja sekajätteelle. Yäkerrassa oli viileää; alhaalla lämpömittari näytti +23 C, yläkertaan lämpö ei noussut. Kirjoitin asunnon viileydestä omistajalle, mutta mitään muutosta asiassa ei tapahtunut. BookingComista tuli kommentteja ja kysymyksiä, mutta nekään eivät asiassa auttaneet. Siivoojat voisi paremmin kouluttaa käytännön asioiden hallitsemisessa ja korjaamisessa. Nyt vastaus oli aina "Je ne sais pas comment ca fonctionne..." etc.

Property location was great - close to train station and city. Property was clean, quiet and comfortable. Having a washing machine was very welcome.
Some minor improvements are suggested. it would be better to provide details of wifi access (wifi ID and password) in the apartment rather than by QR code. Also, the apartment lacked a few items such as plug for the kitchen sink, no cereal bowls, and limited toilet paper. Provision of consumables such as tea/coffee and dishwasher tablets should also be considered. The location of the toilet was also a little odd and inconvenient - it was not upstairs next to the bathroom, but in the laundry room underneath the stairs, next to the kitchen.
