Pleasant and comfortable.

Stilish, clean, comfortable and spacious. Close to the city center. Very nice!

The very tiny stairs (no elevator) to climb. A bit difficult with heavy luggage. And the system of check out: you have to take pictures in every room, which is a bit excessive.

Not what we expected

Location was convenient.

There was no shower gel provided, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. Additionally, there was no dishwashing sponge or brush available in the kitchen. We didn’t have enough toilet paper, and although I reached out to request more, I never received a response. The bedsheets and towels were old and worn. One of the kitchen chairs was unstable and nearly falling apart. Despite informing the host that we would be three people, the bed was not prepared accordingly, and there were no extra sheets been prepared. We also consistently ran out of hot water, so some of us had to take cold showers.

A bright, clean, comfortable apartment in a convenient location.

The apartment was spacious, bright, well-equipped, and very clean. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. A quiet street. Wifi was simple to connect, and worked well. It is within a short walk of the train station and the tourism office. We walked to the cathedral, the Loire, Place Plumereau, the Jardin des Prebendes d'Oe, and the Place Jean Jaurès. We found several places nearby for meals: Cafe de l'Univers, Bistro Rossini, and the patisserie Aux Délices des Beaux Arts. There's a nice little park next to the convention centre. I appreciated the carpeting and the motion sensor lighting on the stairwell, nice touch. Fortunately we had only carry on size luggage, because it would be more difficult if you have larger suitcases (we saw this first hand). This apartment is on the top floor, so be prepared for a twisty staircase of about 2 flights.

Although the apartment was unoccupied the day before we arrived, it wasn't possible for us to access it early without paying an extra fee, which seemed unreasonable. We left our luggage with a Nannybag service outlet near the train station instead. I did not receive a notice with instructions on how to access the property, until the day we were to arrive - and the link did not work. I sent several emails asking for details, but we only received this after my travel partner thought to try messaging through WhatsApp. The site with the information is comprehensive. The check-in procedure is frustrating, as the address on the booking shows 43 bis, and the actual property is at 43. To enter the apartment, there are 3 steps: 1) enter a code to open the street door, 2) when you are inside the vestibule, enter another new code for the door to the hallway, and 3) climb the stairs to your apartment door, where you will find a lockbox, which requires yet another code, to get the key for your apartment. Each time you go out, to re-enter you will need to repeat the process: street door code, vestibule door code, and then use your key at your door. Be sure to note the codes somewhere!! We, like many other reviewers, spent time trying to enter a code at 43 bis... before we realized we were at the wrong door. When we returned from dinner, we met another group of travelers who were stymied too, so we explained the process. Our only negative comment about the unit itself is that we were left only 1 toilet roll, and no additional supply once that ran out. Lastly, the check out instructions posed a form to be filled in (which I did). I thought there would be some kind of expectation after this was submitted - something about photos? - but nothing happened.

Great location character conversion

GREAT LOCATION. close to station, tourist info and old town. An old building that has generally been well modernised and tastefully decorated.

Narrow winding staircase to top floor is hard to navigate with luggage's. Very low ceilings in places of this roof conversion. Hot water went out several times when breaker tripped taking time to sort out fuse box location.

Quelques réparations a envisager compte tenu du prix de la nuit . Appartement laissé sans prestation nettoyage réalisée … cela ne donne pas envie quand vous arrivez tardivement et que le lit est resté avec les draps du précédent locataire ainsi que des cheveux et déchets dans tout l appartement. Obligé de gérer soit même le ménage en entrant. Dommage !!! Sinon prestation appartement agreable dans l’ensemble

Le lieu en ville, l’appartement, sa décoration, ses équipements…

La clim qui n’était pas en route à notre arrivée, l’explication pour l’interphone pas vraiment claire (avec des emoticones) L’adresse différente sur les différents messages…. Faire un état des lieux avec un téléphone sans grand angle…. Faire le lit dans le couchage d’appoint.. par 30 degrés …

L’appartement se trouve au dernier étage du bâtiment sous les combles. Nous avons vraiment très chaud et avons dû quitter le logement plus tôt que prévu en l’absence de ventilateur et climatisation. L’hôte n’a mis à disposition d’eau fraîche.

Véritable petit cocon !

Très bel appartement, très bien agencé, il ne manque rien. Parfaitement situé. Au départ j ai été réticence au fait qu il faille lire toutes les instructions, faire l état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie en ligne....mais au final, tout est très bien expliqué et cela se fait facilement. Je recommande.

Idéal pour passer quelques jours tranquilles à Tours!

Bel appartement, propre, lumineux et agréable. Canapé et literie super confortables. Cuisine bien équipée. Immeuble sécurisé, rue calme proche de la gare, de la cathédrale et du musée des Beaux-Arts. Echange fluide via la messagerie, mise à disposition d'un "welcome guide" avec toutes les informations utiles. L'hote est rapidement intervenu pour régler un simple souci technique. Interessant, un systeme facile d'état des lieux à l'entrée et à la sortie qui permet d'être tranquille.
