Tidal Reach

Beautiful property, we was surprised how spacious it was inside. Cute little rear garden although we didn’t use it much. We could see the sea when ever we stepped out to go visit the beach which was lovely . The beach I would say was a 10 minute walk but we drove up to Paignton every day instead because we had toddlers and no pushchair.

We found the beds rock hard ( we are used to a water bed so this may impact on how hard the bed felt to us )

Beautiful property and so spacious, added bonus of off street parking, lovely back garden If you don’t want to walk anywhere. Just short drives to any of the local towns.

No negatives

The property was big enough for four people. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. The welcome pack of coffee milk and sugar was a nice thought. Everything that is needed for a great stay was provided. Spotlessly clean and the cherry on the cake was it was within walking distance of the beach front and town centre. A fantastic time was had by all. Thank you for allowing us to rent your property

Nothing, it was perfect.

Very clean. Milk, flowers and biscuits was a nice touch.

Loud Noise! from the flat above all 4 days. That loud it woke us up at 5.30am on the first morning. Flat was too cold with no central heating. No one to ask about Wi Fi so no access even though it was supposed to be included. On a busy road. The rear of the property which houses a kitchen and back door had frosted glass, so you have no natural light. No access to the garden via the back door. Which it shows on booking.com Dated. Some furniture not in good condition. Not sure why the bed and sofa up on blocks. Dissatisfied.
