Beautiful stay in a well appointed and comfortable apartment.

The apartment offers stunning sea views and is within easy walking distance of Paignton beach. Inside the apartment has everything u could wish for. The Tv has a feature that signs you into all apps and will then automatically sign you out as ur stay ends. Plenty of space to unpack belongings. There is very minimal noise from other occupants. The owners have been amazing. Check in was perfect with a guided tour. The owners mum has made me smile on several occasions. She is very friendly. We had a seagull who came to talk to us regularly just outside the window. I suspect that previous visitors have fed him and he was unimpressed by the lack of anything from us.

The only downside to this property is the bed. I suspect a mattress change would make a big difference as you can feel the springs when you move. This did not detract from our stay and is more of an observation for the owners in case it’s not been mentioned before.

Lovely sea view and central location. Great hosts. Flat had everything you need squeezed in.

Overall it was very good. Bathroom and kitchen are on the small side and there was some noise from motorbikes on the Esplanade on Wednesday

The wall separating the kitchen from the living area isn't needed it didn't give much space to move in the kitchen. Otherwise it's a great place to stay

Apartment 2 had a great sea view and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was excellent.

The Apartment was in a good location, right near the harbour and the town. We used the train and bus a lot, and that was about 10 minutes walk. The Apartment had everything that we needed. The owners were very accommodating.

Nice bright apartment with lovely sea views.

Nice clean apartment with lovely views. Lovely living area with good comfy seating and fantastic big tv with access to lots of programmes. Also very good internet was much appreciated.

Two extremely narrow spaces in the apartment. The kitchen, though very well equipped, is so narrow that only one small person can work in the space. Similarly the bathroom is so narrow that we had to edge sideways past the handbasin to reach the toilet. We had to step out into the hallway to dry and dress after showering. These were inconveniences which we could live with for our 6 day stay. HOWEVER we found the extreme noise level from the seafront, two roads and grassed area opposite the apartment terrible! Endless traffic including motorbikes (seemingly with no mufflers) roared up and down the road day and night - particularly at night when we were battling to hear the tv over the loud noises outside. The seafront road and grassed area outside the apartment are a magnet for large groups of screaming, shouting and swearing youths until the early hours of the morning, and on 2 nights during our stay they were right in the carpark under our windows until after 2am. It was very warm during our stay and the only option we had was to close all the windows to reduce the noise - despite double glazing it was still very loud. We understand the noise issue is beyond the control of our very nice hosts, but it certainly spoilt the enjoyment of our stay.

Amazing stay, fantastic views!

Amazing location with stunning views over the bay. The hosts were lovely, readily available and very accommodating. It really felt they wanted to ensure we had a great stay - which we did! The parking was ideal and check in/out was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to return - thanks for an amazing stay :)

Very little not to like as our stay was amazing! Only thing that came up was that the Plumbing was a little loud in bathroom (though not a major issue).

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN PAIGNTON.

Everything at this property was incredible! The view was absolutely outstanding, the apartment itself was beyond exceptional. The hosts are fantastic individuals who are very friendly and easy to talk to. This is the best apartment in Paignton, without a doubt.

No breakfast offered no mention of having to pay for electricity and gas , and had to clean and Hoover property before leaving
