Lovely family apartment

Great location. Rooms nice and quiet couldn't hear other guests. Easy to park. Friendly and informative welcome. Good shower. Electric meter hardly moved at all. Clean.

Double bed mattress and pillows not comfy. Could do with replacing.

Comfortable and great time in Paignton

The location was great and apartment was very clean and had everything you need. The owner met us on arrival and explained everything which was helpful and we would return.

There were 5 of us and the apartment is not the biggest (two people sleep on a sofa bed) with a small kitchen, knew this when we booked and we managed ok.

Very spacious large apartment. Fantastic facilities. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds and sofa. Owner greeted us on arrival and was really friendly and helpful. Responded quickly when we had to contact them before arriving.

Very comfortable, enjoyable stay in a perfect location.

Communication before and during our stay was great. Host James met us on arrival and gave us the keys and showed us around. The apartment had everything we needed, and we had a really comfortable stay. Location is perfect, price was very good, it was very quiet, all appliances worked, and internet was great, so it ticked all of the boxes we needed. Would stay again.

Easy walk to sea, pier and good restaurant/breakfast places. Spacious rooms, well laid out, good kitchen, smart tv, Wi-Fi, and Internet. Comfortable beds and furniture, great welcome from hosts and complimentary chocolate truffles.

Checkout at 9am! Having to clean the place thru before checking out at 9am. Not much "power" in the power shower but adequate

Would definitely recommend to friends and family. The location is excellent as it’s only a few mins walk to everything you need. Free spacious parking. Super friendly hosts. Complimentary homemade treats. Extremely well equipped. Very clean and furniture is good quality and clean. All the beds were comfortable even the sofa bed. The hosts were available should we have needed. Check in was easy and we were shown everything we needed. We would definitely stay again

There was nothing we didn’t like. If we could change anything it would just be to have a slightly later checkout. Maybe 10 but I realise that is to enable a larger amount of time to prepare for the next guests
