Family Break to Paignton

Ocean Bay Holiday apartments are amazing, location is the best,walking distances to main location,nearest to train station, seafront, harbour, bus station, town centre, geoplay park. The landscape ae so beautiful, family friendly areas all around. The apartment 1 bed room and living room and kitchenette perfect for a family. Rooms were family friendly simple and nice decoration. Kitchen utensils available to cook simple dishes and all cleaning products too maintain the property standards during out stay. Towels and bedding included which was a bonus ++++ Bus can take you easily to Torquay, Brixham and many places.

Location. big and roomy for 2person .better than a hotel room . small kitchen tv . WiFi good shower. everything we needed for a short 5day break.

not a complaint . But a mirror other than in the bathroom would help. also a small shelf for your toiletries No clock in the apartment . Not able to leave bags. but was given late check out . thanks

Location great and close to town centre which had a car park on site.

Disappointed with the so call apartment, it was just a room within a house that has been converted into the so call apartment, which squeezed in sleeping for three, small bathroom which has a shower and a kitchenette. You cannot cook anything in the room not even make toast as it will set off the smoke alarm in the room and the full house.

The location was excellent- the hill was fairly steep dragging suitcases but it was in a nice quiet road and there was no noise or hassle . Nice and quiet in the apartment. Felt safe . Didn’t hear any other guests.

Just surprised towels weren’t included that’s all but no drama .

Owners great, some other things could be better

The owners are really great. Exquisite!

No bath towels are provided unfortunately. Toilet basin in the living room and not inside the bathroom is rather unconvenient.

Horrible experience never stay there again

The bed was comfortable and other guests were very nice and welcoming if it hadn't have been for them we wouldn't have stayed.

The hosts were horrible and something in the apartment was always going wrong for example the dvd player didn't work or the electric would trip out. We were told off like school children about numerous things yet all of the things were not our fault. When we asked for a refund we were refused so had to stay.

Clean and Spacious apartment for a family of 4 with all the amenities serviced by an excellent team

The apartment was very clean, tidy and very spacious, for a family of four. We had amazing views from the flat as well as in the sit out. The Ocean Bay team were very friendly and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the stay thoroughly and the kids want to come back to the same apartment during our next visit to Paignton. The Ocean Bay team even made us feel at home away from home by leaving us a personalised Easter Greeting card and Easter Eggs for the kids. It was a pleasant surprise.

Everything was just perfect. We could not find even a single fault. The Ocean bay team made our stay memorable, leaving us wanting more. We will definitely be coming back to Paignton and are hoping to stay again in Ocean Bay apartments.
