The Property was not too far from the sea front or the town, the flat was comfortable and had all the equipment needed for self catering, the hosts were friendly and accommodating and asked if we needed anything.
There is also a parking space available.
Paignton's bus service is very good I paid for a weeks bus pass online it was well worth it, leave the car in the parking space, visit Torquey, Brixham, Cockington, Totnes, no worries about finding the elusive space or time limits parking.
The house is located on a bit of a slope so if you have poor mobility the sea front and town are only a short distance I just used "shanks pony" and took my time I have mild osteo arthritis (wear & tear) in my knee, hip and back but managed ok on the slope with the help of my seat stick. :-) Paignton itself is mainly flat, Torquay also except for the shops but the bus runs up there and Brixham has a small incline up to the shops and down to the harbour.

Lovely apartment with a good location between beaches.
Owner was incredibly kind and helpful, but not overbearing.
The apartment comfortably fitted a family of 5.
We would happily return.
Not a criticism, but something to bear in mind; access to the apartment requires going through a gate with a key code, up an external staircase, and up a few more steps inside. Not a problem for us, but I would have struggled alone with 2 small children.

Location great and close to town centre which had a car park on site.
Disappointed with the so call apartment, it was just a room within a house that has been converted into the so call apartment, which squeezed in sleeping for three, small bathroom which has a shower and a kitchenette. You cannot cook anything in the room not even make toast as it will set off the smoke alarm in the room and the full house.
