Beautiful cottage, wonderful hosts, but tlc is much much needed
The hosts were easy to get hold of, friendly and helpful resolved the issue we encountered very quickly! Couldn't fault the replies and communication at all.
Beautiful cottage however it needs a lot of tlc. Broken living room window wouldn't open. Plugs missing and bulbs not working. Blinds broken and someone had left the washer dryer door in disrepair it fell off its hinges when we had to address a water pipe issue. From another Tennants hiccup with the water. The housekeeping staff need to do a deep deep clean in every nook and cranny
