Disappointing

The caravan was clean, comfortable, warm and well equipped

The fact it is at the top of a long, steep hill meaning my Mother & I were unable to use any of the facilities on the park, which are at the bottom of the hill. I’m partially sighted & awaiting double knee surgery & my Mother has heart issues. We didn’t even get to collect the leisure passes that we had paid extra for. For fit and healthy people it will be fine, I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known about the hill.

Great stay! Would come back :)

We arrived shortly after 4.15pm and our van wasn’t quite ready. Not a problem we had a wonder around and within half an hour it was ready. Check in was easy, used the key safe box. We had all you could need available in the caravan for cooking, there was toilet roll, shampoo, washing up liquid, a tea towel and sponge for dishes. There is free WiFi, a fan or heaters if needed in the wardrobe and lots of coat hangers. Lovely comfortable beds and bedding (but remember to bring your own towels) Had an issue with our entertainment passes but contacted the lady who looks after the caravan and was resolved very quickly. The van is in the perfect location. Opposite and across the road is a shop and the van itself is located less than a 3 minute walk from the main area for entertainment. Evening entertainment is located in the on site restaurant. We stayed for the disco, I would say is more aimed for little toddlers. They were getting ready for bingo but we headed back to our van to sit outside. We didn’t try the swimming pool as it was such great weather we went to the local beach, which was only 5 mins away in a car! Lovely decking with table and chairs at the van. We were so fortunate to have blasting hot sunshine for the 2 days we were there. Great value for money. The second night we went to Paignton Pier. So much to do for the children of all ages, arcades, fun fair, lots of food places.

Although we had a great stay and would return just a couple things that could be altered. Cleanliness of the van wasn’t fantastic. Floor was quite grubby, found old stuff under a couple of the beds from previous guests, lots of dust and crumbs in the lounge area and shower was mouldy. Furnishings could be updated - sofa has a couple holes that have been sewn back together with a different colour and one other chair wasn’t usable as the springs were broken inside the material.

Beautiful Location for Hokiday

Comfortable good size caravan on a lovely holiday park. Passes included in price so was great value.

Some facilities were yet to be opened due to issues , outdoor pool and WiFi on site wasn't great but this was not the owner of the caravans fault.
