Everything Damp cold smelly stale . Paid £600 for this horrendous stay , went home Iill exhausted and completely distressed by this week in this caravan . It’s a scruffy worn out caravan . Electric fire made my eyes stream so couldn’t keep living area warm for my 86 yr old mother it’s not fit for anyone to stay in . Damp and cold bedrooms carpet smells too . It’s unfit to be rented out . The sockets get hot so also a fire hazard . Too dangerous. Wonky toilet seats , dirty windows , not worth £600 please can you look into a full refund and compensation for the distress it’s caused , came home I’ll from this stay . Photos to come , storage full can’t forward from phone

When we first arrived it smelt of urine when we walked in, turns out it was from the bathroom, the caravan was filthy looks like it hasn’t had a deep clean for a long time way over 2 years because funny enough I stayed in the exact same caravan 2 years ago and it was just as bad then which I also complained about but clearly nothing was done about it! The sofas are grim, they need a good clean, it was damp, dirty, dusty, mouldy & musty throughout the whole caravan! We were having to wear damp clothes because of the damp in the caravan! There was mould on the majority of the walls especially by the headboards of the beds, on the curtains, windows, sink, shower & ceiling, I got out the travel cot from under the bed ready for my little boy to sleep in & I was shocked to see how filthy, rusty, smelly & mouldy it was! I had to ask for another travel cot to which I had to pay £14 to use, that stunk of weed! We tried to stay out of the caravan as much as possible due to how disgusting it was, after just 2 days of being there my 15 month old baby began to be very poorly with a temperature of 39.

The sofa is quite smelly and there was a bed bug on the sofa. 1 very thin pillow per person which is very uncomfortable at night.

The property is old and dated. The carpet is thread bare and wasn’t particularly clean when we arrived. Lots of cobwebs round the air vents, under the beds hadn’t been hoovered. Just felt dirty

Value for money break . Hoburne caravan park is in a perfect location. Would definitely recommend.

Ideally located as caravan is within easy reach of a nearby beach , park and nature area which was fab as we travelled with our dog. Paignton is a 20 minute walk.

Caravan is next to road which leads to reception and clubhouse, which was quite busy. However it has a secure deck for peace of mind if travelling with pets or little ones. Mattresses are a bit firm but that's generally the norm.

Lovely location, fantastic caravan - modern, spotlessly clean, well equipped throughout including wifi, comfortable and spacious with amazing views across the bay from the large veranda. Really responsive and helpful hosts. The park has very good facilities including 2 pools and is within easy reach of lots of local attractions, beaches, local shops etc. Would highly recommend.

Very clean, warm and comfortable. Really good wifi, linen and Club passes were included which was very convenient. Great check in procedure and very helpful and responsive to any questions or queries. Thank you.

Tree branches kept banging on the roof in the wind making it difficult to sleep. Very limited electrical sockets. Lighting is very dim.
