The property is well situated we do drive so found it very easy to navigate to various beaches and towns.
The property itself has three bedrooms and three en-suites this is a rare find! Facilities are great they had everything you could need and more. You could tell they look after the property well.
Beds very comfortable and plenty of space me and my family loved this property
And for anyone that visits please do read the check in guide booklet this was so helpful for us and made things much easier !!

There is very little to say negative I would only look to make recommendations. Front door lock can be a little tricky (explained in book) but we never had any major difficulties would recommend both locks are fully working as that provides an extra element of security.
We did struggle with the back garden slightly only because we have a small dog and he likes to run off 🫠but we were able to adapt and really loved the dog friendliness this property offers as the accommodate dogs so much 🙏

The location wasn’t bad apart from it said bus stop outside but everytime we went for bus we had to catch it Eugene rd

Great base for us meeting up with our daughter from Plymouth Uni. Very well presented, great to all have bathrooms and beds were comfy. Having 2 parking spaces was really useful for us too. Fully equipped kitchen and great outside space for dog which is a great sun trap in the afternoon.
The freezer needs emptying and a few crumbs around the kitchen were the only things I could think of.

House was in a perfect location, a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Also located off the main road so not noisy with cars. House was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable. Nice outside area and Weber included. All kitchen appliances modern, clean and had everything we needed for self catering. Dishwasher liquid, cleaning towel, sponge and hand wash included. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here. It appears some guests have had issues with noise from seagulls and the trainline, but we did not have this issue.
The check in and check out times are not very accommodating if you are wanting to make the most of the your stay. We tried to get the check out time made later and I spoke to the manager of the property on the phone, who was lovely but said that they could not arrange this as had to get cleaners in to get the house deep cleaned.
