The initial view was slightly alarming as the from garden is well overgrown, however once inside everything was good.

Loved the welcome pack and so thoughtful with a birthday card balloon and gift. Really kind. Also so much provided (tea towels, cloths, cleaning materials toilet rolls etc) Parking permits a bonus!

If had to make one improvement ….maybe both bathroom and toilet could be updated and a sink added in the single toilet.

You can’t beat the location of this property for convenience. Everything you need is on your doorstep. The property was comfortable, clean and had everything we could possibly need for our holiday. Felicity was super helpful with any enquires and even left us a welcome hamper of goodies. Would definitely return to the Devon Beach Station.

Location great near to everything you need, welcome pack was excellent

Fighting on the street twice police in attendance, woke everyone up, the house needs alot of TLC bathroom was awful tiles coming up that was stick on, moldy shower curtain, bunk bed slakes was taped together,l sliced the side of my toe on the sharp edge of the cooker when opening the door. And there was no washing machine as stated, had to go laundry due to not having enough clothes thinking we could wash them. We would not stay again due to the property being so run down which is a shame as is in a excellent location

Would definitely recommend staying at the Devon Beach Station!

We booked this property as temporary accommodation for one of our families, whilst works were being done to their home. Felicity (the host) was only happy to help and was incredibly accommodating throughout the families stay. We would be more than happy to work with Felicity in the future. The property was perfect and in a great location.

Overall a most pleasant stay

The host Felicity was very welcoming and accomodating and the welcome pack was exceptional, including many many items of food and toiletries, as well as flowers and a bottle of champagne (and congratulations banners already hung) to help mark our eldest sons wedding, which was the reason for our stay. This was all very much appreciated.The house is very well equipped and in a very central location, just 2 minutes to local shops and a 5 minute walk to the sea front.

Given we were looking after or 11 month old grandson for a couple of the days / nights, a washing machine would have been useful, but we could see the finding room for the same might be difficult.

Property was in a excellent location.resident permit parking ticket was included in the price also a lovely welcome basket was added.owners were easy to contact and quick to sort out any problems.there was one which was my fault which was dealt with quickly

Felcitiy was so lovely and helpful whenever we needed any help. 100% recommend. :)

we were a bit slow to figure out where the lockbox was, but that's probably so that other people don't break into the house.

I can't think of anything, we all had a really lovely time.

Spacious. Comfortable beds and lounge but a few disappointments in regard to bathrooms and kitchen

The location was ideal for visiting places. Steam Train Station, shops and a beach very close indeed. We would recommend a visit to Brixham which is really pretty and the Steam Train which you can get on just 2 minutes walk from this house. We saw seals in the sea. We enjoyed nearby Paignton Zoo and Goodrington Sands. All easily accessible from this house. There are pubs and restaurants and souvenir shops etc very close by. The beds in the house were firm but quite comfortable with fresh clean bedding and soft clean carpets. A very generous welcome box was kindly left for us and much enjoyed. The lounge was clean and comfy. Wifi was good. Dishwasher, including cleaning products etc were useful to have too.

The parking situation is difficult and there are some abandoned buildings and quite a bit of graffiti at either end of the street. Our main upset was that there is in fact only one bathroom as what is listed as 2 bathrooms included a room with only a toilet but no sink or bath or shower. Kitchen and bathroom needs complete refurbishment and are functional at best. Garden is really just a small concrete area and needs some plants and work in general to make it useable as an outdoor area so we did not use this.

Very good

Comfy beds, clean bedrooms, spacious lounge and dining area where group could sit comfortably. Great location - a few minutes from train and bus station. Near to local shops, beach and attractions. Quiet location.

The room with the shower and toilet in was extremely small and in need of updating. Three of us sustained burns whilst getting in or out of the shower from the heated towel rail because the space is so tight. Had I seen photos of this on the property details I would not have booked this property so I feel there has been some dishonesty here.

Lovely, spacious house for a hockey and family holiday.

Location was perfect for us. Right in the middle of the Leisure centre and the many, many restaurants of Paignton. House was very spacious and the kitchen had everything in it needed to cook a decent breakfast every morning. Lots of goodies had been left for us all to enjoy. Thank you very much. We did have a minor issue, but the host was quick to get the problem sorted for us. Communication was very good and host was very hospitable.

Parking was a little bit of a pain at times but I think that was due to it being the Easter Holidays. A washing machine would have been a handy item to have had in the kitchen.

It was the perfect size for 7 of us Perfect location Little walk to the beach and shops Really cosy The owner was really helpful and always on hand to answer any questions ,we had a lovely welcome box and lots of items in the fridge on our arrival

The dining room table was really wobbly The oven kept going out but this only happened on boxing day and could do with an update
