Owner emailed me the night before and said property would be available early at 1300 hours instead of 1530. This was very helpful and considerate. Property was clean and in a nice location away from the very busy coast road. Everything needed for a self catering holiday had thoughtfully been provided.
We were also able to keep it fairly cool by opening windows and doros during the heatwave.
Bathroom a little cramped and took a while to work out how to use the shower as we had to turn it right the way around to get hot water. It also appeared that the hot tap on the bath had been disconnected so you had to run the shower to fill the bath up. A little more information about this would have been useful.
Also we found the arm chairs a little utility in style and fairly uncomfortable. But overall an enjoyable stay.

Located between Paignton and Torquay, 29 to 30 minute walk to either, likewise to Cockington which meant didn't need car too much
Parking excellent, we have quite a large car but plenty of room
Plenty of space in property for the two of us

Beautiful view apartment furniture comforable
No heating on arrival 5 degrees outside so we had to call the owner and he apo;;iagied for not putting on early
Cannot control the heating from inside the flat had to buy a hot water bootle
The owner the next day did pop in to see if we were ok but that we were leaving
Steps into the flats were not light due to the light not working very dark area and dangerous trip hazzard
