The Meadfoot is a spacious dog-friendly duplex apartment at Fiveway Apartments, moments from Paignton seafront on the English Riviera. Sleeping up to 4 guests, it features a double bedroom at entrance level, downstairs living space, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, outdoor courtyard and amenties to make it home-from-home such as WiFi and flatscreen TV. This split-level apartment offers everything for a relaxing Devon escape, perfect for couples, families and seaside breaks.
The space:
Fiveway Apartments combines the Victorian character of our historic 1865 seaside property with modern amenities, design and home comforts to provide the perfect self-catering English Riviera escape.
Enjoy your own private apartment designed to be your home by the coast, providing a comfortable space to come and go freely and relax after days exploring beaches, coastal paths and everything South Devon has to offer.
Inside you’ll find:
• Comfortable bedroom space
• Relaxing lounge area
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Private bathroom facilities
• Dining area
• Free fast-fibre WiFi
• Fresh towels and bed linen
• Flatscreen TV with Netflix access
We provide starter kitchen and bathroom essentials so you can settle in easily. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
Free on-site parking is available with one allocated space per apartment.
Guests also have access to shared coin-operated laundry facilities within the building (please provide your own detergent).
Meadfoot is one of our dog-friendly apartments, perfectly placed for enjoying coastal walks and exploring South Devon.
Guest access
Guests have private use of the entire Meadfoot Apartment throughout their stay.
The apartment is self-contained and accessed through Fiveway Apartments, our character Victorian property opposite the Paignton seafront.
We offer simple self check-in using an exterior lockbox and private apartment keypad access, giving guests flexibility when arriving and throughout the stay.
Please note that there are steps up to the building entrance and due to the historic nature of the building, no lift is available. The Meadfoot is a duplex layout with internal stairs.
Other things to note:
Fiveway Apartments is a renovated historic Victorian seaside property, so each apartment has its own individual character and layout.
This is a dog friendly apartment, which can be arranged at a small additional fee, but we kindly ask owners to keep pets off furniture and beds and not leave dogs unattended inside the apartment.
The Paignton Promenade improvement project is upgrading the seafront with improved public spaces, landscaping and facilities. Sea views can be partially obstructed at this time.
Lost keys incur a £50 replacement charge.
Fiveway Apartments is a non-smoking premises.
