location perfect
lift not working apparently for months and as my husband has mobility problems it was not good and i do think i should have been informed before

Excellent location providing brilliant views of Torbay. Super welcome packs, easy access and lift very useful.
Cooker needed cleaning and was not hygienic also when opening the oven door the inner glass panel slides out and could be considered a safety hazard, the gasket to the oven door was hanging loose at the top and when the oven was in use the hob became very warm to touch and the lights came on as a warning, this again was a safety hazard as until the lights came on touching or placing anything on the hob surface could cause burns and or fire.

Property was very clean & tidy & nice view to beach opposite, only a few hundred yard walk to amenities, and on the flat
Window handle in back bedroom was broke, hopefully repaired now !
