It was good near all facilities

The only thing was the pillows were not that comfortable

A really lovely apartment that is well equipped and perfectly situated for the beach and other facilities in Paignton and also benefits from having access to the pool private to New Esplanade Court. The bedroom is comfortable, the shower in the bathroom is efficient, the sofa in the living room is huge and really comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. There are also lots of really lovely touches that make the care shown by the owner stand out such as lots of hangers in the wardrobe, hand wash, loo roll and loads of towels provided in the bathroom and tea towel, cloth, sponge and washing up liquid provided in the kitchen. The owner is lovely and happy to be on the end of the phone if needed.

Hot water for washing dishes is only available if you switch on an immersion heater which then heats up the bedroom - not ideal in warm weather. It is not a problem for showering as there is a separate electric shower so really only a minor inconvenience that can be circumvented by boiling the kettle! The owner said he will be changing this setup soon so the only minor negative will no longer be there.
