About this apartment rental
Newly refurbished holiday apartment with a heated swimming pool between May and September, right on Paignton seafront, within walking distance of beach , town , childrens playground, crazy golf, parks, cinema , shops, pier and harbour. The railway is approximately 15 mins walk away and so is the bus station. Our apartment is on the first floor overlooking the pool and gardens. It is a spacious light apartment, ideally suited to four people but can accomodate six, there is seating and place settings for six. We have a double bed and two full sized bunk beds in the bedroom and a bed settee in the lounge , there are plenty of drawers and some hanging space available. Electric cooker ,hob, microwave, toaster,kettle and Iron with Ironing board .Electric shower and bath.
The complex of sixty two apartments is a family orientated area and not suited to stag or hen parties, It is a securley gated complex and has an allocated parking space at the rear through a barrier for your peace of mind.
Bed linnen and towels provided
There are many family friendly pubs cafes and restraunts within close walking distance as well as the usual seaside arcades.
The Inn on the Green and The spinning Wheel are our favourites.
Paignton is the central part of Torbay, Known as the English Riviera we have Torquay to one side and Brixham is the other, there are boat trips and ferries that run between and are a fun way to explore. There are so many things to do in the area that I cannot list them but would be happy to reccomend if needed. 4 NIGHT minimum stay

Lovely flat with plenty space for our family of five. Very clean and brilliant location, literally a minute to the sea front and not more than five to town or the majority of local amenities/attractions. The pool was perfect size, warm and clean.
We all had a fantastic holiday here, great value and would recommend to anyone seeking a holiday in South Devon. We'll almost certainly be coming back here.

We had a brilliant stay in the apartment as a family of 4. It is located central to everything around Paignton so we were pleased to be able to walk everywhere. The apartment is on a small complex set around a lovely warm pool and well kept garden it has a large bedroom which was ample for us without crowded, a very comfy double bed and kids in the bunk beds slept well. The bathroom was very clean, with a useful large towel radiator and hooks for drying swimming & beach stuff. There was everything we needed in the kitchen/lounge area, and helpfully washing up liquid, sponges, milk and tea coffee for use. We would definitely recommend the place we loved the beach theme decor and the kids loved the lighthouse shoe storage! Very clean and homely, all communication with the owner was easy.. Will definitely be booking again!!
