My first impressions was it s nice ,nice view,over road from beach front

I liked therecwas lovely clean ,quality extra bedding for the sofa bed.I liked the view .I liked the bedroom decor and bed was so comfortable and bedroom was so inviting and the lounge /kitchen area was nice.Also the hosts were good with communication.

I didn't like the shower only not a lot of water came out and couldn't get it to run hot.which was disappointing.also the tea coffee sugar hadn't been filled properley.there also was a lot of stairs.

Fabulous location, close to town and beach. Nice spacious apartment, lovely decor. Secure access to apartment building.

Broken fridge,smell in the bathroom, which we rectified using sink unblocker and a squeaky/creaky bed in the single bedroom. Lack of communication over late check out refusal.

It served its purpose. The accommodation was nice. Didn’t see much of Paignton however.

New, clean and very stratified.

We had a very difficult time getting into the apartment. Bookings.com and Sunnybeach didn’t send (or I didn’t receive) the code to get in so had to figure that out and it took about an hour until, by chance, someone in the building was able to help me. Frustrating and time consuming.

Excellent location with free parking

Thought location of apartment was excellent with free allocated parking space. Apartment was very clean and tidy with a great size bathroom and lovely shower.Bedroom and bed good size. Lounge area great..with good kitchen facilities and plenty of crockery and cutlery.

Minor downsides..very creaky floor infront of sink in kitchen and hallway which was very annoying.. sofa not overly comfortable and could have been made better aware of very steep stairs for booking as apartment on 2nd floor. Not impressed with constant "polite " reminders of checkout time on day before we were due to leave via email and on information tablet in apartment. Extra guests bedding could have been removed from bedroom instead of 2 large bags of bedding being dumped in there..It was clear from booking that only 2 people staying.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, nicely decorated and in a great position. It was good value for money.

My father struggled a bit with the last four steps as there is no hand rail once you leave the main stairs.

Excellent location for my purpose to Paignton. Nice entrance hall well maintained. Ideal size accommodation very comfortable and had everything I needed for my 3 nights stay.

A very bright and modern apartment! Across the road from the beach.

Location was great! Room was very spacious and bright. With all the mod cons. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Nothing to complain about.

Stayed in the Seahorse Shore. The bed was a tad too soft and the couch you could feel the springs. The parking spaces are kind of limited if the entire property is occupied (if every room had a car). We went to Brixham to have dinner and returned to a full car park in which I had to pay to use the hotel next door parking space. No biggy, but a little inconvenienced as all the car parks was packed being a sunny bank holiday.

Great for short stays, nice convenient location!

The owner communicated well with us, making sure we had all the relevant information before we arrived. I really loved the location, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The accommodation was clean and the tea & coffee facilities on arrival we're a nice touch.

The accommodation was quite small, meaning that fittings such as kitchen/bathroom had to be kept compact. I gound the bathroom sink to he quite narrow, okay for handwashing but cleaning teeth/washing resulted in water on the floor/tooth paste on the mirror. There wasn't much storage space for food items and work surface space limited. We ate out most of the time due to this. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable. I would say this accommodation is suitable for short stays only.

Great holiday vacation by the seaside

Highly recommended, stayed here before, great location and the apartment we booked had sea views everything you want for a break to the seaside. Photos are the view from the room, had great day trips to Brixham ( do it by boat from Paignton harbour £12 return) saw seals there. The trip to Dartmouth via steam train from Paignton and the the boat trip up the river dart is a must do( £35 return) also trips to Torquay and Totnes really close by makes this place a great base to explore the surrounding areas. The hosts were on hand with communication and advice if required as always we had a great vacation.

Perfect place in a perfect position with lovely views of the sea

The property is located opposite the beach and close to the harbour. There is good parking and it is a short walk to shops bars and restaurants. The pier and the harbour are easily accessible. The apartment was very clean and seemed to have been recently refurbished. There is a refrigerator with large ice box, oven, hob and extractor. Also available are a toaster , kettle and a supply of tea. Coffee etc. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, powerful and hot. The view at the front is over the beach and the sea which is marvellous. An adequate supply of bin bags , washing up liquid etc were also provided. All in all, a really good place run by really nice people. Thank you !

Great Apartment

Plenty parking. Excellent studio style apartment with great facilities. Nicely decorated. Sea view was an actual sea view rather than the excuse for one you get in other places.

Nothing was majorly wrong but a couple of niggles. The bottle storage shelf from the door of the fridge was missing (the clip for attaching it was broken), which meant we had to prop milk, juice and wine bottles up in the veg area of the internal fridge storage. There was nowhere to hang towels to dry or hang a bathrobe in the bathroom. Hooks on the door would be an improvement. There's also no shelf or storage area for washbags toiletries, etc, in the bathroom, which would be an advantage.

Another great trip!

Stayed in another Sunny Beach apartment a few months ago. I booked this one very last minute and it felt like returning home. I would stay here multiple times when coming to Paignton for short breaks.

Great Stay

Location to beach, town , harbour is excellent everything so near , very peaceful apartments no road noise ( we had an apartment at the back of the building) no views obviously but pleasant all the same and own front door which is a bonus . Cleanliness is exceptionally high , well stocked kitchen , everything you would need to prepare a meal , be aware oven is slower than normal, so put food in way ahead of when you actually want it ! Beds are very comfortable, exceptional standards of bedding , pillows, and towels . Communication is excellent between all parties, from booking to leaving the property, can't fault it . The tablet in the kitchen for guest information was brilliant, informative, easy to use , an excellent way of communication, fast ,efficient.

As we had a ground floor flat ( at the back of the premises), which was perfect , I felt the need for nets at the two windows. The apartment is facing a huge hotel, and every room looks directly into the apartment . My granddaughters at thirteen and nearly sixteen kept their curtains shut the whole week , as did I in the lounge , absolutely no privacy from the hotel . And believe me, plenty of guests were looking out the windows ( just looking at the surroundings, nothing sinister) directly into our apartment , I understand nets are not always the most attractive addition to a room but strongly feel their needed here .

Mal & Mick's pre Christmas break.

We loved it, such a relaxing break with amazing seaview over Torbay. The apartment had everything we needed. The decor was so beautiful & the bed very comfortable. The shower facilities were 10 out of ten, same for the kitchen. It was nice to meet Tina & Steve our hosts too. We didn't want to go home :)

Sadly there had been a problem with the lower apartment we booked but our hosts moved us into the luxurious Turtle apartment on the top floor.. The stairs were a bit of a task for us being seniors & my husbands parkinsons but we managed. Don't be put off by this comment as if you're more agile this apartment is so peaceful. We will be back but on a lower level next time.

Bathroom was small as I’m quite a big built guy so couldn’t move much and the only issue we had was the refugees living next door, constantly banging on the wall throughout the nights!

Exceptional

Amazing location, our studio on the first floor had lovely views across the sea front of Paignton. Waking up every morning to the sea right in front of you and watching the waves. Off road parking was available with the studio right outside the front of the building. The studio was fully kitted with kitchenware, a hob, oven, kettle, toaster, micro and fridge and had everything you could need for a short stay to make some meals. Really modern interior and design of the rooms and very clean. Great location to stay in, in order to visit Torquay, Brixham or even Dartmouth.
