The perfect place to stay in Torbay!

A spacious, well equipped apartment. Great location and easy for buses and walks into town.

We could have used a lamp by the sofa so we could read more easily, or near the table. We found the TV a little difficult to use.

Mixed feelings

The location was lovely with Seaviews. The lounge/dining/kitchen area was comfy, homely and well equipped. It was good having a bathroom and ensuite for 4 adults.

The twin beds were too hard for us and the train line behind the property woke us very early in the morning.

Superb modern apartment - great location and price, perfect for a family of four. Lots of space, well maintained and superbly equipped - everything you could possibly need and more. Construction work on the new hotel next door is now mostly interiors so no noise at all. Allocated parking space is very convenient. We will definitely check availability next time we come to Devon. Thank you.

The only one problem was the train noise but there is no answer to that and at least did not run through the night.

Outstanding apartment we will be coming back!

The accommodation was amazing, it was like a home from home, so comfortable and clean. Right off the bat when you are driving up to the building you are getting a sense of history. The lobby and then walking to the apartment was outstanding. The view was incredible of the sea.

The only minor complaint I have is the mattress in the double room was quite uncomfortable and the shower heads could do with replacement.

Super clean apartment, very close to the beach. Nice apartment complex. Super hosts.

The apartment and one of the bedroom backs off to a railway track and I could hear trains up to at least 2300 and then early morning from 6 AM even with windows closed.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

The appartement was clean the location was perfect good and beautiful view very close to the beach and city center the landlord was very understanding polite and helpful they let us check out later up to 11:30 with the help of the cleaner who agreed to the time thanks everyone we really enjoyed our stay we will be back as soon as we have the opportunity thanks a lots again

It was overall good and enjoyable.

Location was good to get out and go about the place. Property was clean and all the items were well thought of.

The internet was a bit choppy and TV was a bit old school so having kids around could be a challenge.

We loved the freedom of having all the family together, The apartment was absolutely lovely and fully equipped with everything a family needs, The apartment was just a little out of town but still close enough if we wanted to walk in. My granddaughter loved going out on the

Even though I really enjoyed the zoo and the woodlands theme park they were both really hilly and the zoo's paddocks were all overgrown and most of them had no animals which was disappointing.

Great view, location not bad. Kitchen was very well equipped

Single beds were a little too firm for our liking. Road is very busy and crossing it was difficult for my parents as roadworks meant no central refuge. Worst was the building or railway contractors working all through the night with drills, saws, music etc but that is not the building or owners fault.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely setting.

Lovely, bright, clean and luxurious. 15 minutes walk to the beach and a sea view. Easy parking. Plenty of utensils etc in the kitchen.

Only minor niggle was the WiFi was slow, which meant we had to rely on 4g for the kids.

Beautiful place close by to beach and close enough to walk to harbour etc

We loved the location, as in, close by to what we needed and a good view. Decor was lovely and had pretty much all the things we needed. It felt like we had the place to ourselves as never saw anyone. Lovely little apartment with our own parking space and a great view of the sea.

It was noisier than we thought with the road, more emergency vehicles always going past and trains passing by (albeit the kids loved the trains) but woke me up early and the bed wasn't very comfortable so couldn't get back to sleep once awake. Also bad WiFi connection unfortunately.

Very good

The location as lovely as it is a 10 minute walk to the marina and therefore perfect for us. The flat was spacious and had a lovely view of the sea. It was clean and tidy and would recommend staying there. Note the building has a lift which made it easier for my parents.
