Location, cleanliness, facilities, decor, plus easy parking, friendly receptionist and sea view.

The location was lovely with Seaviews. The lounge/dining/kitchen area was comfy, homely and well equipped. It was good having a bathroom and ensuite for 4 adults.
The twin beds were too hard for us and the train line behind the property woke us very early in the morning.
