Extremely clean and well-equipped. The hosts were friendly and informative. Lots of little touches to make your stay comfortable. The apartment is very central whilst also quiet and the parking is a real bonus

Loved our stay!

The apartment was perfect it was clean, excellent location to everything and it felt like being at home. We would highly recommend and we will be booking again next year 🙂 Alex is always on hand if you need anything just a text or call away. We also loved the little treats left for us when we arrived 🙂

Great location, great host, great pool, comfortable stay.

The host was very easy to deal with, and no issues getting keys (we even got an extra set). The bedroom was a good size for 4 people, and also had the option of the sofa bed in the dining room. The kitchen and dining area did the job, and the heated pool was great and right outside the door. A little welcome pack of milk and chocolate bars was a nice touch too. Would stay again.

Perfect location, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach , pier and shops . Lovely clean comfortable apartment, very peaceful. Nice little touches left by owners Alex and Steve. Being a previous resident of Torbay it's great to have that home from home feeling. Lovely swimming pool also which can be enjoyed in the summer months . Looking forward to returning next year.

Very clean and available to contact on how to get in the place.fresh milk, tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival.really comfortable bed as well. Alex and Steve let us leave our cases until we checked out whilst they cleaned the room. Great hosts.thanks again!

Best family holiday

The house is spotless, and rooms are very spacious. We stayed with our 1yr old baby and we had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. Our host Alex has been very helpful throughout. We will definitely come back.

We loved everything. We didn't get a chance to try the swimming pool because of the weather but we enjoyed the rest of the facility.

Time in Paighton We stayed for 5 nights ..very pleased

The apartment was very clean and spacious with everything needed to enjoy our holiday. The price was good and it's so close to the beach and town centre, buses and train station.

The building that the apartment is in looks a bit dated. .could do with a repaint but the main corridor is clean and well lit...

Loved every minute of our first stay in devon,in a really good apartment

Gated so we knew we were secure,very clean and spacious apartment with everything we would need for our stay,a minutes walk away from the beachfront and only a five minute stroll to the main shopping and restaurant area

Our own fault.because we are what is now called essential workers and have been so restricted by the pandemic we have to take time out when we could.so our visit was a little later than we would usually opt for,the pool was closed for seasons end,so we missed out on a splash about.but that is nothing to do with the apartment
