An apartment in a good location, with nice views. However, it needs a thorough clean throughout.

Good location. Good size bedrooms

Smelt damp in the lower areas. The wet room plug was blocked, not a good flow away. The main bathroom was poorly designed. The whole apartment needs a deep clean & some much needed tlc

Great Location for a family holiday

The location was fabulous, 5 minute walk to a park and beach. 10 minute walk to Paignton. Beautiful views. The apartment was comfortable with lots of space. Nice welcome pack with some essential items. I would recommend this apartment for it's location. Nice having a designated parking space.

We had no hot water when we arrived and this was rectified the following day. The apartment looks tired, lots of cobwebs not sure if it had been occupied prior to our stay. The wet room shower was very stiff and difficult for our son with a disability to use. No oven gloves. Clothing under the bed from previous occupants.

OK place to stay

Location was perfect as we were competing in the National Baton Twirling Association in the Torbay sports centre

Accommodation is dated. It is fairly clean but the double bed need replacing as the mattress has had its day. Also it is overpriced for a dated holiday let.

Parking space included Near to beach and leisure facilities and pub/ restaurants

The wet room shower is dated and difficult to turn on and off, a problem for my elderly arthritic father. A modern push start/ stop button shower would be a massive improvement. This was our only negative issue.

Really well located and spacious. A larger more comfortable master bed would make it perfect

Location & space for a family - especially the kitchen. Generally very comfortable. Enough dishwasher tablets & bin bags were provided good clothes washing and ironing facilities

Shower rail in bathroom -very flimsy Wifi-not quite strong enough to reach bedrooms 1 small knife - loads of big ones (all a bit blunt) It would be great if there was a bigger master bed More prior info on parking arrangements, as neighbours are (justifiably) a bit possessive of their spaces

it was ok

the location was lovely lots of space

check in times were not good, arriving when it was dark at 5pm isn’t good for us as it was very difficult place to find especially in the dark. We asked for earlier check in but couldn’t due to the place “being cleaned” coz of covid and it actually wasn’t that clean no tongs in kitchen, no condiments, no washing up liquid, no kitchen roll, one tea towel for 5 days wasn’t good

Good, comfortable accommodation.

Spacious accommodation, particularly noticeable as we were 6 adults staying. Great location, only a short walk down into Goodrington Park / beach. Lovely views.

Amazing place to stay

The access was really good with it being wheelchair friendly for my wife. The view were breath taking.

Just the location which was a bit of a night mare due to having to drive everywhere. But was not a big deal.
