It was a conversion of the very first hotel I stayed at in Paignton.
Spacious & comfy.
The wet room drain needs sorting; it became a paddling pool.

The location was fabulous, 5 minute walk to a park and beach. 10 minute walk to Paignton.

The apartment was comfortable with lots of space.

I would recommend this apartment for it's location.

We had no hot water when we arrived and this was rectified the following day.
The apartment looks tired, lots of cobwebs not sure if it had been occupied prior to our stay.
The wet room shower was very stiff and difficult for our son with a disability to use.
No oven gloves.
Clothing under the bed from previous occupants.

Good location. Good size bedrooms
Smelt damp in the lower areas. The wet room plug was blocked, not a good flow away. The main bathroom was poorly designed.
The whole apartment needs a deep clean & some much needed tlc
