Car park was quite a walk round the block and could do with tarmac - obviously this is not in their control

Property was great size for our family of 4, having the pool to use was a nice touch.

Location of the property was great. Close to the beach & the pool on site was good. Even though the residents are very protective over the tourists using it.

It was very dirty when we arrived. The dust was thick on top of photo frames, months of dust/cobwebs/dirt behind TV. Not cleaned before our arrival, curtains filthy & had to be taken down & washed upon our request. Toilet leaked & was initially “sorted” by putting towels around it. This was replaced 4 days in to our holiday which restricted our usage of our apartment. Had to buy cooking items to be able to make a meal. Minimal cooking equipment available. The cupboards with the items in were dirty & full of cobwebs so the things needed washing before being used. Neighbours purposely made noise until late night. Playing very loud music & shouting. Even when one said to turn it down the male just shouted & turned up the music. Our children had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room so they were away from the swearing & music..
