An enjoyable time away.

Enjoyed the heated swimming pool. The other guests were very helpful getting cases in for us as we both have mobility issues.

Bed mattress was softer than we prefer.

Fantastic 2 weeks, can't wait to return!

Loved the location and the pool was a fantastic bonus. Saw this property last year but it was fully booked! Was happy to have it for 2 weeks and made sure I got in the pool almost daily. I will return for sure! If I'm unable to book Laura's property, I'd book another in the complex. The property was clean on arrival and was great having a hoover. Especially as I have a child. I loved that there was a shower and bath too, my son isn't keen in showers so this made things easier for us.

Outside could have may be done with a bit of a daily clean or regularly cleaning through the week. This is down to the owners of the complex and not down to Laura though.

Just had our second time staying at this flat, as good as before. We had a couple of stormy days, this proves how convenient the location is, with many big pubs at the doorstep, VUE cinema, nice restaurants, supermarket and everything else you may possibly need within minutes of walking. Even the hairdryer is a very powerful, new one. My little one loved the smart TV, he could easily operate it, watched all his favourite YouTube videos just like at home. Wi-Fi speed is fast and smooth, better than all the other guest houses and hotels we stayed in Paignton before.

The best and quietest location in Paignton! At the beach front, and town centre, all restaurants and shops, cinema, train and buses are within minutes of walk away. It also keeps you away from noisy pubs. Great value beach holiday accommodation! The apartment is squeaky clean, spacious and has all the essential cookware and tableware. We had a very relaxing, best ever stay in Paignton! We’re going back to this apartment for our second time stay, this tells everything, doesn’t it?

This property was perfect for our needs.

very central property. a very short walk to Paignton pier and beach. had all we needed for our break. Having a parking place in sick a central location was great.

Didn’t realise it was upstairs until we arrived. not an issue for us but may have been an issue for anyone with mobility problems. could have done with a fan for the very hot weather.

Great location for walking the South West Coast path. Close to the town centre and the beach.

Skimping on some of the kitchen equipment - cheap corkscrew with thread so small it wouldn't pull the cork out of our wine bottle, cutlery with loose handles - an extra £20 spent would have sorted this!

The situation of the apartment in the block makes it difficult to carry luggage to it wouldn’t be suitable for the elderly or people with mobility issues. For a winter stay heating could be better.
