This two bedroom apartment is set on the first floor of a semi-detached house in the residential area of Preston, in Paignton. The light and airy interior is well-appointed with quality furnishings and wooden floors throughout.
With garage parking for a small car and good public transport links, why not leave the car behind and explore to your heart’s content? Very comfortable and with everything you’ll need, after a busy day it’s a wonderful retreat for a night in front of the TV or playing a board game together. For those times when the kids need to let off steam, there’s a large garden they can run around in whilst you read the newspaper or write your postcards.
There are shops within walking distance for those all-important essentials as well as pubs and restaurants for an evening out. It’s less than a mile, level walk, from Preston Sands with its colourful beach huts, and Paignton Beach and a trip to the zoo also come highly recommended. A very clean, modern apartment 10 mins. walk from the beach. Lots of places to visit on the bus, the steam train or boat- if you don’t want to use the car. We visited Dartmouth, Totnes, Agatha Christie’s house, Brixham, Babbacombe, Plymouth. Lots of places still to visit next time. Enjoyable stay in Devon.

The apartment is very good and close to bus stops and shops and next to the singer manor and gardens and is a short bus ride to the town centre and train station
