A self catering apartment close to the beach but a good 15-20 min walk to Westbourne where the shops, bars and restaurants are. The flat was fully equipped with all that we needed. It was clean and comfortable and spacious enough for us.
We would have liked a slighter later check-out time. 10am is early to be out when you have to make breakfast, shower, pack and then clean the apartment. A man was knocking at our door at 10.03 to see that we were leaving which was a bit unnecessary, especially when you're on holiday and trying to relax. We

It's good value for the price you pay, and it is a great location as well. The check-in and check-out were super easy. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, covers everything you need, and a bit extra. It was actually bigger in real life than it looks in the pictures, so it's a pleasant bonus. Parking was just outside the building, free of charge.
The soundproofing and insulation were not as good - squeaky flooring, but we can't complain for the price.
