Great host, fab breakfast and good location

Very welcoming host who looked after us for our 2 night stay. We had a private bathroom with shower was clean and had every thing we needed. a comfortable bed and a tea tray refreshed everyday. Location was good, near good pub for dinner, a supermarket, take-away choices and walk to see the marina. Town was about 25 mins walk away but direct. Excellent breakfast with plenty of time to chat to our host and find out more of our surroundings. Would highly recommend.
