Lovely hosts,

Short stay in Poole.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Very modern, clean and spacious. Our room had everything we could need including a very useful fridge. The bed was huge, so comfortable and for once, pillows I could sleep on. Doesn't usually happen. The bathroom was a good size. Easy to use shower, toiletries provided and good storage for my toiletries etc. Different hot drinks to make were provided as well as shortbread and water and milk in the fridge. Breakfast was cooked to order so was hot, just right and really nice. There were also cereals, yogurts, croissants, choice of juice, coffee etc and toast. Again made to order so arrived warm. Really nice breakfast cooked by Doug who was a great host. All rooms are ground floor and parking right outside the front door so easy access for bags etc. We loved our stay. Would recommend.

Lovely B&B experience

We really enjoyed our stay at Coast 77. Doug and Debs made us feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. The hosts are very friendly and happy to give recommendations. Parking is great and the location is very convenient for accessing Purbeck. And there is a bus stop right in front for easy access to Poole Quay.

Really enjoyable!

Room was very comfortable, clean and modern with tea and coffee facility. Hosts Debs and Doug were very friendly and helpful about the area and places to visit. Breakfast was great, good choice of cereal, fruit and pastries and a full English.

Ideal stop over, and will stay there again if we require a B & B in this area again.

Not over fancy. clean, comfortable, facilities were good, no complaints, breakfast choices were very good and I think catered for just about any needs anyone may have. We have an electric car and we were able to re-charge over night which was a very good fascility to have. Location was just what we wanted so very pleased and the hosts could not have been more helpful so we would really recommend Coast 77, great and many thanks.

Next time we look to stay in the Poole area Coast 77 will be our 1st port of call.

The family bedroom with it's space, comfort, facilities and cleanliness was fantastic. The breakfasts were very enjoyable. The host was polite, friendly, helpful and shared valuable local knowledge. There was even a very frequent passing bus service with a stop just a few yards from the B&B.

The small double room was clean and comfortable but the on-suite needed a couple of tweaks and could have been a little cleaner.

Doug looked after us beautifully, and both he and Deb were very welcoming, such a lovely couple. The room was excellent, and spotlessly clean. Some nice touches in a fridge, a pot of mints on the table and a decent smart TV you could actually cast to. Breakfast was quite a highlight, a lovely space, plenty of choice and a beautifully prepared meal with quality ingredients.

An easy and enjoyable stay in this excellent and great value Bed and Breakfast

Good location, nice clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast. They even made up a breakfast goody bag on our departure day, as we had an early ferry to catch. Doug and Debs were great hosts, highly recommended.

Fantastic weekend in Dorset at Coast 77, great hospitality from Debs and Doug.

We enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay with our dog feeling very welcome. The breakfast was very well organised, lots of options to choose from and delicious and we were really set up for the day.. Great location and nice walk into Poole. Debs and Doug were very hospitable, gave us lots of ideas of places to visit and we will definitely return again.

Bookings.com did not send their confirmation to Coast 77 in time as our booking was last minute so when we arrived they did not have our booking. Debs and Doug quickly rallied around to prepare our room which was fantastic. Going forward will call them to make sure they have received the booking confirmation.

A quiet B'n'B tucked away on a residential road a stone's throw from the beaches

Communication with Doug and Debs in advance of our arrival was excellent - and it was a pleasure to meet them the following morning at breakfast. Doug struck the perfect balance between cooking and conversation with any new arrivals - and at some stage all their guests also struck up conversations between tables - almost inevitable, given the intimate setting. Indeed, swapping information on the area and tapping into Doug's extensive knowledge on a range of subjects added immensely to the experience. Doug and Debs are both teachers and their enquiring minds come across, so, if you are someone who prefers to eat in silence, this might not be for you - but, if you might benefit from the treasure trove of helpful suggestions they have to offer, Coast 77 ticks all the boxes, as it did for us!

Can't think of anything - Coast 77 does what it says on the tin, so to speak - offering a good night's sleep and a hearty breakfast.
