Lovely view of the church and morning sun.
Second-floor bedroom accessed by two flights of stairs.
Double bed with petite en-suite shower room with rain shower.
This room has a sloping ceiling to one side.

BREAKFAST
As advertised we do not offer breakfast as there are 14 breakfast spots within a 5-minute level walk and a further 12 within a 10-minute walk.
Prices start at £4.49 for the Full English rising to £18 for the full gourmet.

TRANSPORT LINKS & BOAT TRIPS
Car is not required to enjoy what the near and surrounding area has to offer.
Excellent transport links - only a 15 minute level walk from the ferry, bus/coach & train stations.
From the Quay you can take numerous boat trips to Wareham, Swanage, Bournemouth, Brownsea Island or just around the harbour.

Washing and drying can be arranged for a small fee.
