Perfectly located for our long weekend in Dorset, only a few miles from Sandbanks beach & ferry to Studland. Clean & comfortable room. Bed was very nice. Loads of spare sheets & towels. Plenty of hot water & we were able to use fridge for our beach bbq food. Shauna is very friendly.

Shauna is extremely kind and welcoming. She left me a bowl of fruit and fresh milk knowing that I would be late in on each of the three nights I stayed. My room was pleasant and the bed very comfortable. Although it’s a shared bathroom this was not a problem, water was hot and the shower worked well (the shower is over the bath).
All was fine, parking straightforward. The garden is in process of a major redesign so entry doesn’t look great but no issues with it.
