Shauna's house

There is a simple breakfast nicely presented in your room, a kettle and small fridge ( tea/coffee/milk provided and you are permitted to use the kitchen to eat, if you want. She also asks if you would like any extras. Her place is very clean and smells great! She also supply’s towels, body wash/shampoo/conditioner. There is a lounge opposite your room that you can use if you want. All in all is a very pleasant experience and you are free to come and go as you please.

There are some renovations going on but that doesn’t interfere with your stay and she is getting a drive put in, so bonus ! Although, there was ample parking on the street.

She was welcoming and I did enjoy my stay

Nothing

Shauna was a lovely host, very friendly, welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. She also made our little dachshund Luna feel very welcome, which we really appreciated. The shared bathroom was absolutely fine and had everything we needed. Breakfast items were provided in our room, including porridge pots, fresh fruit and pastries, which were replenished daily, along with plenty of tea and coffee. It was a really thoughtful touch. There is a no shoes policy throughout the house, which we were perfectly happy to follow and it clearly helps keep the property clean and tidy. Overall, the accommodation worked really well as a base for our stay and Shauna made us feel very welcome throughout.

Nothing, we were very happy with our stay.

Very well presented room with good facilities. Shauna was an excellent host, friendly and ensured everything was well prepared and replenished where needed. Highly recommended, would certainly stay again.

Not particularly well catered for location wise by local bus services but that was the only small downside.
