It was clean and in a quiet location, which was perfect for us. We only needed somewhere to sleep and have a shower, as we spent most of the day out exploring, so it was more than enough for our needs.
We were also provided with coffee, tea, fresh fruit, porridge and bottled water in the room, which was such a lovely touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay, and we would happily stay again.
It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room for cold drinks but again not something that bothered us.

A clean comfortable room in a convenient location for getting to Poole Harbour. Host was friendly and helpful.
Not everybody would like a shared bathroom, ok for one or two nights. Few amenities in the room (No TV for example). Minimal breakfast snacks left in the room the night before and plenty of tea and coffee making in the room.
