ROOMS AT THE QUAYSIDE - stylish en-suite rooms on Poole Quay all fully refurbed

Great location. The rooms are decorated great and cosy. Everything you need but general cleanliness let them down

The bedding and towels etc were lovely and fresh and clean, bathrooms sinks and shower spotless in all three rooms but general dusting was the letdown. Skirting and panelling as dark colours showed the dust and around flooring. Cleaner needs to do finer details

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable, super easy instructions to self checkin, and multi story car park that was recommend was only 3mins walk away, perfect 👌

Well decorated room, the tiny shower room looked great. A very comfortable bed. Tea/coffee/bottled water. Great location opposite Poole Museum, almost next to the quayside.

The instructions to enter the property say "cover the keypad with your hand", but you actually have to press your hand on the keypad. It was a good thing another visitor who'd worked that out earlier in the day returned just as I was about to give up. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off twice during the early morning. It was a cold and very windy night so standing outside for a while was pretty horrible. No-one knew why the alarms were sounding, but it's obvious that it happens frequently as the owners drew attention to the possibility of it happening in an instruction notice. Apparently even steam from the shower could set it off, so the advice was to shut the bathroom door. I couldn't alter the room temperature which was set at 25° so I was very hot. Despite trying all sorts of combinations of settings, I couldn't get any warm water in the tiny shower, so all in all a fairly miserable one night stay.
