Very comfortable, really hepful staff
Good size room well equipped, clean, with good sea view, plenty of tea, coffee etc. Ample hanging space for clothes the accommodation was well thoughtout.
broken window in our room 304 which caused a draft and made awhistling sound when very windy. Did not cater for vegans with regard to breakfast but staff were very helpful and supplied oats for us each morning.

The staff are very friendly and kind, received a warm welcome. Food was lovely and the selection was great. Room was really comfy and decorated well.
Local area didnt have much in walking distance and not the cleanest part of Poole, but we had a car and used it.

Very nice place in every respect
Really nice place, room was good, staff friendly, food was good, free car park, 10 mins walk to Pool quayside. Asda superstore next door if you need anything. We went on a tour of the training facilities which was really interesting. Other tours are available too inc of their boat building factory.
