Good location, devoted staff, enthusiastic in resolving customer requests, quiet rooms, peaceful spa, high quality and various breakfast options, nice view and sunset spot from the rooftop restaurant

This is my second time staying at Art'otel Hoxton. The hotel staff (especially reception and concierge) were incredibly helpful and pleasant, and I consider them the greatest highlight of this hotel. They were absolutely top-notch. The amenities are also lovely -- the room was very large and comfortable, and the shower/bathtub area was fantastic. The spa area was quite nice: lovely spa and steam room, and the pool was decent. We also took a massage treatment at the spa and found it good.
The location is excellent; Old Street is full of excellent places to go to, and there is a tube station right nearby. Great view from the room. I can recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and without reservation.
I felt like the gym was a little basic in how it was equipped, but this is a very minor point.

Swimming pool; restaurant and great staff
Given a room with a disability bathroom - which I don’t need; couldn’t use key card to get into my room on arrival so had to return to reception
