Close to St Pancras for the Chunnel. Service was great, people helpful and nice.
No elevator. Tricky step up in two places

The hotel is very close to Kings Cross train and tube station (200metres). The area around King's Cross is great. Very lively full of shops and restaurants. The hotel is small but very unique. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom too. It has a very exclusive feel and our room on the second floor had a nice view of a small park. Although the area close to the station is full of life, where the hotel is, it is quiet.
It has no lift, which is a problem if you have luggage or any issue of going up and down stairs. The bar, although very beautiful, is very quiet. From the description we thought it would be full of life.

Excellent location to King’s Cross station
The room was small and dingy in a basement. There were no hooks at all in the room but specifically none in the bathroom. There was literally no place to hang towels when showering or wet towels afterwards. The toilet seat was broken. None of the above is acceptable given the cost of the room. Free snacks (almonds and corn) provided but bottled water would have been a nicer and more useful touch.
