    We stayed 2 nights and it was absolutely great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless clean with everything needed (coffee machine, kettle, safe box, iron board and iron, dental and shaving kit). The bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable.

    This is a very comfortable, clean hotel with up top date rooms and a lovely, modern bathroom. (The Bloomsbury art on the walls is also great!) The basement lobby has a bar, and is pleasant enough, but as I said, underground. The young staff this time was excellent -- led by a young Eritrean (?) man. In the past, I have had some less good experiences with staff that could not care less.
