Very comfortable stay. Rooms are clean ,bed is very comfortable,shower is great and all the products (shampoo/gel/towels ) are excellent. Nice breakfast 💯 Recommend. I'll stay at this hotel again next time I'm in London

I miss the old Ace Hotel, but this will do in a pinch.

It's all how it looks in the photos except the main photo with the big windows and the sofa piece in the middle of the room (it was just an empty room and not very accessible). Stayed on the 6th floor which had a nice view, but best to avoid if you're sensitive to noise (loud 7th floor bar and moving of furniture on Friday-Sunday).

I travelled by myself and stay for one night at their suite. First of all, their entrance has staircases that is so not user friendly for travellers with luggages. The staff never offer to help carrying your bags up to the lobby as well so overall it feels like i'm checking in to a motel. The suite itself is very nice with lots of complimentary stuffs and a nice balcony. So I guess go for it if you want another overpriced hipster hotel experience in london.
